Floods Urban Seafood

**AKRON LOCATION**I don't know where to began....Parking which is no establishment fault it's just a shopping center with many shops and limited parking that needs repaired!!! We got here around 6 before we could even order the waitress says it'll be a few hours the fryer was not cleaned and it could take awhile for the new grease to get ready so no fried foods which I couldn't understand. Then majority of their menu is fried. We opted for seafood pasta which I thought was tasty but small portions more mussels than pasta. My girlfriend really didn't care for pasta stating it was too fishy and my other girlfriend didn't eat at all she wanted the the fried fish. While we were finishing up our meal the waitress said the fryer is back up and running but it was close to 8pm and she was over it. I don't know if I'll go back this place seems to be a hit or miss. I did enjoy the music the place is a vibe small intimate actually nice and it's sad Akron really don't have a lot of places that you can eat and enjoy the music of our genre!! The food is soooooo goooood!!! I had lunch there yesterday with a friend. He was so impressed with the corn on the cob and I was licking my fingers after trying the gator bites and fried green tomatoes! I can't wait to go back for dinner!! AAAAA+++++The service was quick and attentive. The place has a bar room atmosphere, but still felt very welcoming. If you like seafood, you gotta check this place out!!

Overpriced and unprofessional. Food was okay but when we had a problem with one of our meals instead of comping it the owner was called and only agreed to a $4.00 credit which was never given. I had convinced 12 of my friends to go here after a meeting and we were all disappointed in the 18% mandatory gratuity. My bill for 3 meals was $90.00. for tacos and a red snapper dinner. RIDICULOUS!!!
