We loved F.A.T.S! When we arrived, they were packed but we got a table right away. The service was speedy and the food came out hot and tasty. They also have a food truck that is equally as delicious!

Food was good. Service was good. Went on a Saturday and it was busy. There were enough servers to accommodate the customers. This is a good place to have breakfast. We will be back. Clean. Casual. Friendly.

In all the years I've lived in Lake County, I've never been here for breakfast. Okay you are free to slap me upside my head. Headed out last werkendc with our goodies buddies (actually this was Carol L.'s suggestion). Again why did I wait sooooo long! Set in a small quaint building, breakfast dinners were pairing in. Lucky for us we got in early and had no trouble grabbing a table. Hit coffee was served beforevwr placed our butts in the chairs!!Excellent breakfast menu and setvet got our order in fast. Even before Steve started his inain joking, BREAKFAST WAS SERVED! My create-your-own omlette came out hot and ready to eat! As were all the other dishes. My wife was delightfully surprised on her french toast dish. Thick slices of bread topped with fresh strawberries was perfect!Don't be like me and overlook FATS for breakfast or brunch!

The service is great here! Very welcoming. I haven't eaten lunch there yet, however everything I've tried so far during breakfast has been really good. Loved the chorizo biscuits and gravy! Probably the best place to get breakfast in Painesville/Mentor

The rules of engagement at this mainly female run establishment are enter, pick your own table and someone will be over soon.This restaurant is on a side street off the main square in Painesville. It serves reasonably priced breakfast and lunch options, with daily specials for both dining sessions. They offer a variety of soups and sandwiches, with a salad bar I have yet to explore but have seen. Last time I came here I had the tuna salad lunch sandwich, on a croissant (+$1), with fries and a coke. Their soda machine was having troubles this day but the staff was able to accommodate with serving from a 2L bottle instead.I would recommend.P.s. When you get your check, know that your waitress will not return and that you pay by the door before exiting instead.

Excellent lunch today. Had the fish sandwich that came with Mac & cheese as well as cole slaw. The fish was fresh and cooked perfectly served with a fresh bun, lettuce, and tomato. Mac and cheese had good flavor. Loved the coke slaw. Friendly service. They also have a soup and salad bar. Would recommend this place for lunch.

Flavors on the Square is slightly off the beaten path in a small storefront downtown. My first visit was on a Tuesday around 12:30 p.m. I was greeted by a friendly staff & immediately seated among a dozen other diners.The dining room is small but comfortable & tastefully decorated. There are several tables in the center which may be combined for larger parties. The room was also well-kept.I'm a brunch person so ordered cornbeef hash, 2 eggs, homefries, & toast for 7.50. My meal was quickly served & very good. They also have a separate "specials" menu at the table & I saw on option for AUCE soup for 4.50. Very friendly place!!! Chicken Club, Country Omelette & Burritos were all very good!!! Asked for crispy home fries& they actually were!!! Waiters were very friendly & patient!!! Just wished they would of asked to refill our glasses before they bought our check & we were finished!!! Nice clean place & nice decor!!! Check this place out if you're in the area!!!
