Fitch's Farm Market

I don't recommend this farm to anybody ! The owner is very rude especially to kids. On the other hand the other workers are friendly. My friends had a bad experience, too.

I bought strawberries for the first time at this business. There is something wrong with them. They don't have the normal strawberry smell and after adding sugar etc. they don't taste right. Too many chemicals may have been used on them. Strawberries are number on on the Dirty Dozen list of produce with the most pesticide residue, and I thought that local ones would not have as many chemicals in them. I have purchased strawberries other years at other Lorain County farm markets and they were fine. We are afraid to eat the remaining berries

I drive a half hour to get to Fitch's. In season produce is always better tasting and fresher than you can get at local supermarkets. It's worth the time and miles. Love this place

I love this little market. This past week I bought some of the best peaches I've ever eaten. The sweet corn was great, also. It's clean, neat and efficient; the staff hustle to get everything taken care of. It's all good.
