Trust me, it transforms this already mind-blowing sandwich into the best alternative to a turducken you'll ever find at a chicken shack. I paired mine with their fried pickles as a side, and it was the perfect complement to an already perfect meal.The magic is in the details. They nailed the ratios--nothing was overpowering, not even the horseradish, which is notoriously tricky to balance. Every sauce added to the sandwich's bold and unique flavor profile without competing for attention. And the textures? Unreal. Juicy chicken, crunchy breading, soft and warm bun--it was a symphony of flavors and textures in every bite.And those fried pickles? Game-changing. Best chicken sandwich of my life. Was moist- flavorful- perfect crunch- soft bun- blue cheese was creamy. Omg seriously- more people need to know about this place! Staff was so friendly. Nice open space- has patio options for nicer weather.

Great tasting food. Great service. Was up visiting family and we stopped by for lunch. Loved the inner decor of the center brick area especially with the doors open to the patio. The prices were good. I'd say if I had any complaint it was too much food, huge chicken piece on the sandwich (cooked great, crispy but moist) and plenty of great seasoned fries.

We were on an Assembly hall work project in Willoughby, OH - we are PA people. We love to try new places - this place had a simple menu with a punch of flavor! Home made ranch, amazing fried chicken and perfect fries! I always ask for extra crispy fries! Definatly be back again!

I heard about this near perfect chicken sandwich where people traveled near and far to get... so found it was minutes away from my house! I got the spicy version, which was delicious! The fries and Mac and cheese (which also came recommended) were good, but just average. You come here for that chicken folks! It's pretty epic, inexpensive and the location even has a cheerful drive through! So four stars JUST for that light flakey chickeny goodness! And and extra point for the friendly.

I do not remember how I heard about this restaurant, but I started following them on FB before we even tried their food! Their FB posts were so funny and creative! So finally we made the drive to Ashtabula to try these sandwiches!I was really surprised at the area it was in. It reminds me of Tremont in CLE. A little TRENDY area that is so different from the rest of the city. It sits on the harbor, and you can see a lot of boats docked there for winter.The owner, Jeremy took our order and is so proud of his establishment, and his connection with his customers! And we could see that his customers love him back by the notes they leave on the table upstairs!We got the Fire Chicken Sandwich, coleslaw, mac n cheese and sidewinder fries! That is almost the whole menu! LOLThe sandwich is Delish! The breading is different from everyone else's !!The twisty fries are thick and soft on the inside but crispy outside. The coleslaw is more vinegar based, and usually I prefer that.. but it was, I don't know, almost bitter tasting. I think they may want to change that up since Jeremy admitted that it is not his biggest seller.But the mac n cheese is a Huge hit with his customers and we can see why! It actually has cheesy flavor, and the texture is smooth and it is Yummy!! The Owner, Jeremy is very concerned about his customers experience and even takes Special Care of his regular clients!! Who doesn't appreciate being appreciated?!?! The menu is small - He does a few things and does them RIGHT!!Go, enjoy, walk around the area and talk to Jeremy! He will give you the 411

Wowee- fried chicken magic. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Chicken was crispy and very light. I had the spicey variety and it had the perfect amount of spice. Wouldn't categorize as HOT but a nice warm spice. Fries were also good. Kinda like fat curved wedges. Very crispy frie shell. Definitely worth the drive. Thanks Fire.

Great chicken sandwiches- moist and crispy and great price for portions We ate there a few weeks ago for lunch and the wait staff were friendly

As a pescatarian I often miss eating a juicy Fire Chicken Sammich it's delicious. They're making wonderful grub fr, that ish bussss !

Fires pickles don't taste like pickles to to thin!!!!! It's an ok place. I went for a quick lunch it's nothing fancy and really only place to get something to eat in the area
