Federales Street Tacos

We stopped in for dinner and Federales easily became one of our favorite restaurants in Kent. Their menu features a lot of variety compared to a traditional Mexican restaurant. The service and ambiance is very nice, no complaints there. I would also recommend giving their margaritas a try, they are very good. I would also highly recommend their catering services. I've been to a handful of events where the food came from Federales and the food was awesome. Additionally, their prices for catering were fair from what I've heard. It will definitely be considered for future events that I am hosting.

Newly opened taco joint in the former Twisted Meltz space in Acorn Alley.Ordering is quick and familiar if you are used to the assembly-line setup of the mainstream chain that will not be named here. The difference is that there is a wider variety of selections and the flavor is a level above without being overpriced. The ingredients were fresh and everything was tasty.There is a bar and from the photos on the website it looks like they have a nice selection of margaritas but we did not partake on this visit.The place was spotlessly clean and the staff was friendly. Looking forward to trying more of the menu soon!

Decorated with a strong Mexican motif but well done. There is a full bar and TVs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ordering is setup as fast casual. I had the pastor tacos. Great flavor, much better than most Mexican style restaurants which I find boring and bland. Felt it was a little pricy for the value.

Yeah, they do it right. I got the steak street tacos.. they were delicious. The inside is clean and service is great. Definitely ask about spice level of pickled onions and some other toppings if you're not usually able to handle the spice of fresh hot peppers. We also got a pineapple marg which was great! We will most definitely be back on Mondays for their taco and drink specials. This is our new spot for SURE!

I enjoyed the triple tacos .It reminded me of my childhood and was very calming .I saw forged and fire in the background and that was perfect for my vibe of the air . The waiter was on time with drinks and came back moments before we were out and it honestly made my day .

This place is awesome, dare I say the best tasting Mexican food I've had in Kent. It's a chipotle-like order system and prices with better food and more options. I saw another review say chipotle is so expensive at this point that you might as well take that money and spend it here. I couldn't agree more. Beautiful interior with murals and a small bar to the side. Very kind staff. We were given free chips and small container of salsa with our order for free. I really hope this place is here to stay!
