Pleasant surprise on our first visit there. Wonderful service and food selection. Pirogies were pan sautéed in butter and onions- not fried! Music wasn't loud and the lighting was good but not harsh. Planning to return soon to have a cocktail and starters

Nice restaurant with an open concept. The food was very good. We had burgers, she had the cowboy with the mashed taters on it and said it was really good and very filling. Perogies were ok. I had the classic cheese and added bacon and it was very juicy and tasted great. When in the area I'll definitely look to come in again. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed and brought the food out hot.

Big inside bar and plenty of table seats. Also has a decent sized patio.Been here twice; service has been good and the food is pretty decent, too.Don't have a lot to say; it's an above average place to stop for a burger and beer.

The food was amazing! The service even better! The burger was made to the right temp, the lettuce wraps.. were just so good. The sauce was sweet not spicy! Which paired nicely with the romaine lettuce. The peanuts paired for a perfect crunch

Old fast Eddie's yes. New edition, no. I just got the feeling I was eating old people food. The food was prepared well and tasted okay but very dated menu. Staff were not happy to be there.

Well friends, the end is near. It's Cleveland Burger Week 2020 and I've gone too far this time. There are several half eaten burgers in my fridge, but I had to get just one more. Enter in the Perfect Bacon Burger from Fast Eddie's. I was only able to eat a couple bites before the meat sweats started to set in. I thought a side of garlic green beans would balance out the red meat consumption, but my body wasn't having it. I had gone over my limit and was in the red. A nap was imminent. Or a stroke, could really go either way.But it was all worth it. I don't get to Fast Eddie's often, but I like this place. Plenty of parking since it's located within The Shoppes at Parma. I arrived around 5:45pm on a Friday and while this place was already hopping I was able to walk in and score a seat at the bar. The ladies bartending were pleasant and while they were busy, they still did a great job with service. I sat next to (well several feet away from) an older woman and her husband. This lady was on her second drink and feeling good ($5 Parma Sunrise for Happy Hour). She provided some friendly chit chat and a couple laughs. Her and her husband were both getting burgers but in his words not the special because "there's nothing gouda bout it". He doesn't like gouda cheese, which is a shame, but those old man jokes are on point. The Perfect Bacon Burger $6 comes with gouda cheese, pickled red onion, tomato jam, and bacon. You get to say how you want your meat cooked and I chose a pink medium. The bites I had were tasty, there was a distinct surprising tangy BBQ flavor that helped cut the heaviness you normally get with a bacon cheeseburger. It was a juicy delight, but not the messy up your hands kind. I hate it when burgers are dry. Talk about choking on meat...Like mentioned above I got a side of garlic green beans $4.50 and these were tasty. Beans seemed fresh and the garlic potent. I also took home the Eddies House Salad $7.50 because this weekend I need to start a detox and eat only veggies for a month. Pray to your gods that I can reverse burger week coronary heart disease.

Stopped by one day about two weeks ago when in the area, seated by new staff member (and got my usual table, how could he know), got a new server this time too. Excessingly great server who saw to my every need at noontime and even had the staff come out to kill a bee on the window (i'm allergic to them) to make sure my visit was splendid. And it was. changed my food choice which i love to do to see what new items are on their menu. Very pleased, temp great, drink asked for no ice and got just as asked. After the Covid crud, these kinds of things are more and more important to us and i personally dine out 3-5 times each week so i return to places where i am treated like i think we should be treated, served food that is piping hot and quite tasty for a reasonable price. Will continue to visit when i am in Parmatown or at Parma Hospital for tests. Great Choice!!!!

My first time here. Opted for the specials, potato skins and blt with double fried egg. Maybe I shoulda stuck to the standard menu. The service was great. Though as I was here I noticed the front door is not well serviced. A few tables came in and just stood at the desk for several minutes. The host seemed to be busy bussing tables and chatting with the kitchen staff. The manager had to rescue the entrance a couple times. But overall good service. Now for the downside. The food. I waited 21 minutes for my appetizer, potato skins. While the portion was large, the dish was not appetizing or appealing. The "skins" were terribly over cooked piled in the dish and sparsely sprinkled with cheese and hard dried flavorless bacon bits. And finished in The cheese melter. Standard practice for this dish. Though seeing how dried out the cheese and bacon were maybe finished (albeit way too long) in the oven. The dish is served with a side of sour cream. The fact that it was so dry and crisp left it flavorless and bland. It could be a good dish with proper execution. I ended up only eating about half and threw out the rest. Mostly just burnt to a crisp potato skin. On to the sandwich. The blt was presented with my choice of hand cut fries, we'll get to them. The sandwich while looking nice. Well stacked with ample ingredients, it was vey difficult to eat. Mostly because the star of the sandwich(the bacon) was seemingly cooked last night and stored under a heat lamp until they needed it today! I now know why the bits from the skins was so terrible. The dressing in the sandwich is scallion mayonnaise, which I assume means it was prepared on the same table as the cut scallions once. Bland and unappealing, to say the least. As well as SPARCE. The vegetables were fresh and ample. The egg was fried well. (Though on my sandwich I would prefer it less done.) just my preference.) on to the... fries. While I do love a hand cut fresh made fry.. please cook them properly. These were greasy overcooked and not seasoned. Served with a side of ketchup. While I'm. It a fan of food waste... today I wasted a lot of the potato. I did finish the sandwich after requesting a side of regular mayo and the addition of some much needed pepper. The overall atmosphere was nice. Spacious dining area outdoor area and large bar with plenty of seats. I will likely try again with an item from their standard menu at some point. This diner is leaving wanting better. Everything I had could have been much better with proper execution. On a side note. I really like the sandwich picks.
