Came here on a Friday night. Not much seating and reservations for the night were full but seating at the bar is first come first serve. Probably waited about 20min, so worth it.The kitchen is an open concept and since we were waiting for a while for a spot to open up, the chef brought us some cracker bites which was such a sweet gesture to thank us for waiting.I would say the highlights of the food were the soup (seriously incredible), the snapper with tomatoes and lemon sauce and the oysters (WA variety they had named Shaguki(?) ). My whiskey sour (Afterwork sour) drink was impeccable also. The potatoes fell kinda flat for me, not much flavour. And the shrimp was well cooked but the sauce was too salty. Overall, a great spot for oysters, amazing service. No place like it in Toledo. Bravo.

Building is really neat. It's an old bank and they used the vault in the bar area. We made reservations per other reviews that's the way to go. It's a small seating area and big bar. We got cocktails to start. A martini and their old fashioned. Both delicious and well made. Started with oysters and they were delicious. They charge extra for sauce and horseradish. For entrees we got the steak and lobster pasta. 5 star for the lobster pasta. Devoured it. Wish the steak came with a veggie side or frites. Felt like it was missing something. Little pricey meal but it was worth it. Everything was very good.

We went early, about 5:00 and it's good we did. They had reservations all night, but they said we could have a table if we promised to finish by 6:30. We received great service (without being rushed), great food and great cocktails! We left a little after 6:00 and the place was packed. We started with Martinis. GREAT MARTINIS! Boodles gin, exceedingly dry, up, stirred with a twist. The drinks were perfect. The drinks aren't cheap here, but I'd rather pay more up front than receive a crappy drink that can't be enjoyed. Nice job.My dining partner and I split a half dozen of the broiled oysters. They were amazing. Extremely fresh, not over dressed or over cooked. PERFECT. I would normally opt for raw, but they're not for everyone. The broiled ones were so good, I didn't care. For entrees, we each had a burger. Great beef, cooked to mid rare. The burger is reminiscent of an Oklahoma onion burger (onions are cooked into the beef patties). They were nicely seasoned and adorned with their house sauce. My only suggestion is maybe toasting the bun. Great burger though. I'm sure if I asked for a toasted bun, they'd be glad to accommodate. The ambiance is killer. It's very small and "cozy" inside. Large windows add a great touch. Terrazzo floors, small tables with the bar being the focal point. So, it's not cheap, but they're selling a quality product. This isn't some place selling crap at inflated prices trying to convince you that you're getting the best. It's quality food and drink, plain and simple. Can't wait to go back!

Founded by people with DEEP roots in the area's food scene, Farnsworth will have you *completely* rethinking Waterville. With its home inside a century-old bank building that has been lovingly reimagined, it brings approachable luxury to this quaint Riverside community. The small menu emphasizes a clear love and passion for seafood, and the oysters are as fresh and delicious as you could ever hope for. Farnsworth is a great option for a date night, but also just a really cool new experience in a part of NW Ohio I suspect many of you have never explored. Definitely worth checking out.

Went for the burger. I'm all about a smash burger. I wish the bun were warmed but otherwise enjoyed it. FYI: there are no fries to be seen on the menu. Or onion rings. Or tator tots. So we split a salad. Nothing else on the menu really excited me entree-wise. Also tried the baked oysters which I liked (they were covered in cheese) but maybe a more oyster purist would say was just cheese with maybe an oyster in there somewhere. I had a whiskey sour which was pretty solid. Food came out quickly. The place is pretty tiny with more seating than you'd expect. I found the lighting to be a big weird but otherwise, I'd go back.

We desperately needed a spot like this in the area. Elevated, smaller menu, trendier vibe but still welcoming to all. The food is always fresh, the staff is helpful, and it's a great place to bring friends or just sit at the bar by yourself. Menu staples like the burger or the NOLA shrimp are always good, I love the rotating oysters, and my husband and I agreed they have the best cocktails in town. The menu changes often - some of my recent favorites are the springtime gnocchi, scallops, the caviar and chips app. Thankfully you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Even their little side salad is a favorite of mine! I've made it a habit to come once a week, but if you haven't been before - get there early! Because the food is fresh, sometimes they run out later in the evening.

Staff is amazing. Food was amazing. And they also donated to a local veteran charity event with a gift card. The place is super cute. We don't eat seafood but the pickled vegetables were on point and the drinks even better!!
