Their kitchen in the back of bottle house is a great location. Service was quickly and friendly. I had the vegan diner burger, tasted great but I don't think the burger and (not included) side of fries was worth the price just under $20.

Located inside the bottlehouse brewery and Mead hall, you can grab lots of options here. There are snacks as well as full meals on the menu. We choose a Pretzel which had nice flavor and dips. It arrived quickly and paired nicely with our beer samples.

Eugene's has the most delicious smash burgers on the fluffiest buns. The patties are juicy with a delicious crispy edge and so umami. The thick cut fries are the perfect pairing, my only recommendation would be to have tomatoes available as an option!

If I could give a minus 12 that's what theses kitchen golf desserts. Staff shoving perogies in there mouth customer facing as they prepare for a wedding reception gathering. Rude and unsanitary eating with their fingers while ringing up my order I was placing. Cross contamination at its finest. Go to NB for fries and guaranteed best customer service and stellar beers. Best of luck Bottlehouse.

I don't get it. I read the reviews and was excited to eat here. So disappointed, had the Tinman burger and chicken tenders. The s&s pickles were the best part of this meal. The burger is average at best, sauce has very little flavor and bun felt like a generic grocery store bun. Fell apart and awful texture. The tenders, eh average. On top of a disappointing meal the female bartender was coughing over the drinks she just poured. It may have been fine but we didn't drink them, gross. Average food, not a good experience.

Amazing chicken fingers, burgers and fries!!!! The dipping sauces are plentiful there's at least 10 to choose from. Fries are fresh cut and all orders are made to order. Located in Bottlehouse brewery you can grab a beer/cider/ mead while you wait for your order. Hands down the best chicken fingers in Cleveland!!! Staff is super friendly and elevates the experience.

3rd time in and perhaps the last. Had been before and had burger and fries and even ordered the Super Bowl special package - excellent both times.This time around, ordered the tinman and fries, my daughter had a tasty. After tip, $50 - good lord.Burger was a mess, had to be knifed and forked. Tasted like butter and mayo with a hint of burger grease. No flavor or texture and the bun was soaked in butter. Fries were a mix of crispy and soggy, some seasoned and others not. Server seemed annoyed that we ordered food. Good luck, unlikely to be back.
