If you're in the mood for tempting Neapolitan pizza, you've found the right place! Etalian is a small pizzeria located in the heart of Chagrin Falls, overlooking the Chagrin River. The interior has small tables and an open kitchen with a counter from which you place your order.You can pick from a host of both red and white pies with a variety of succulent toppings. They also have salads, cheesy bread, and if you have a sweet tooth - cannoli and gelato! Pizza's are baked to order at 800 degrees using a wood-fired brick oven that only takes 60-90 seconds! Talk about a quick turnaround! I opted for a margerita pie with mushrooms. Like a thief in the night, it was ready in minutes and at my table. The pizza was beautifully baked with round slivers of melted mozzarella topped with browned mushrooms. The crust was charred and slightly chewy, true to traditional Neapolitan pie. The pizza was absolutely fantastic and coupled with the atmosphere and service, I couldn't have been more pleased!

A lot to like about Etalian. First is the pizza. Between Pizza DiLauro, Biga, and Etalian the best pies in the Chagrin Valley.A self-serve, order at counter business model. Small selection of beer and wine. I've brought my own in on several occasions. Not fast food but not full service either. A selection of salads and breads also available. Physical space could use a little TLC. Patio is decent enough in summer, but also could use a little TLC. Pricing is fair for what you get.

Had a great experience at this wood-fired pizza spot near the falls. They use fresh dough and quality ingredients, making everything feel artisanal.my partner tried the chicken caprese and I got the white pizza, both of which were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the white pizza with the fresh mozzarella. The cheesy bread was a standout--deep-dish style and incredibly delicious, unlike any cheesy bread I've had before. The restaurant is cozy, and though there's currently some construction nearby, once it's finished, it'll have a lovely view of the falls.

This is the best New York-style pizza I've ever had in Cleveland and it runs with the best ones in Europe, NY, and California. I beg you to try the pepperoni pizza. You've got that slight char you can only get when the temperature is right, the slice is thin, perfectly balancing the sauce-cheese-dough ratio, somehow retaining its softness and flexibility while still being crisp. The crust can almost be said to be the best part as it has unbelievable flavor and it's crunchy on the outside but perfectly soft and chewy on the inside. The sauce must be made with love because it's gorgeous, the cheese mix is absolute perfection, and the cupped pepperoni is crispy, salty goodness.

Great wood fired pizzas in the heart of Chagrin Falls. The place is pretty low key, but the flavors are awesome! It's basically counter order/ quick service. The staff is always very polite. The entire area of Chagrin Falls has cute, quaint downtown vibe, and this place fits in perfect. There's stools that overlook the river and a little area to eat outside if weather permits. Recommend if you're in the area.

We really enjoy this place for dine in or carry out. The food is quality yet fast, and the ambiance is fun and inviting. Both salads are great although a Greek salad with spinach still perplexes me! We've had the pepperoni pizza, shroom, artichoke and bacon, chicken caprese , and margarita. All super delish. The chicken caprese can be a bit oily though. They have canned alcohol and coke products draft. Best part is overlooking the river! Kind staff keep up the great work!

I would recommend this restaurant. However don't expect fine dining. The building, and what they've done with it is incredible! It is stunning on the inside and on the outside, and it has a great view. However, the service isn't great and I'm not even really sure I can call it "service". You order at the counter most times the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. Then you get your own napkins tableware, find your own seat and wait for your food. Sometimes it's a long wait. I think their food is just fine I think the ambience and the view are exceptional. Just don't expect fine dining.

This was family friendly pizza joint! Food was out in about 10mins max and it was delicious! We even said they aren't making pizza like this around town anymore. The servers were nice and helpful with menu. We will be going back once construction is over to get a nice little river view while enjoying some delicious pizza!

Took a chance ordering lunch for the staff... I chose several different pizzas and some of the cheese bread. First, the order was correct and arrived on time. Second, everyone liked the pizza! I prefer a wood fire grilled pie, and that's what these were. Tasty and ratio of toppings to cheese and sauce was perfect. The cheese bread was thicker & round, like no other cheese bread I've had... and I loved it! If there is a negative, it would be that the pizzas were on the smaller side. With that said, I'd definitely order here again!

We popped in on a gorgeous fall day and grabbed a quick bite. You can't deny the welcoming atmosphere- the view of the falls, the indoor decor... really makes for a wonderful experience.I like a simple menu, it's usually means everything is done well. There was enough to choose from without being overwhelming.My pizza was fantastic. Wood-fired perfection, chewy crust, and a great tomato-y sauce. The salad was fantastic. It was topped with a ton of cheese, olives, meat, peppers. Nice tangy dressing too.We would definitely dine in again!
