Service was nice to have at the bar. There will be a new review coming for the grub from the Inn.Mushrooms Swiss... heard this was the best burger he has had and the man eats burgers often I heard the drool when he said it was the best he's had this year!Beer selection was great! The decor and holiday vibe was great and ambiance was lively, greatly enjoyed.

We've been busy lately, and this wasn't originally on our stop, but thanks to @winecraft , we ended up at this amazing brewery. They have 26 beers on tap and have been at this location for 7 years. What really stood out was the self-guided tour--something I've never seen before. If you're a fan of *It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia*, you'll love this: the tanks are named after the characters, complete with photos or names on them. So cool!The beer was fantastic. We sampled six and shared them. The pumpkin ale, Johnny Rails, was a clear winner, and since it was our first visit, they even did up the rim for us! We loved it so much, we took home a case. I also enjoyed Final Destination, a West Coast IPA, though @winecraft wasn't as into it since IPAs aren't their thing. Golden Decener was a classic golden ale, and I loved Medivel Woman, a hazy IPA--I haven't seen it at any Pittsburgh distributors yet. Old School was a traditional pale ale that I also really enjoyed, and the Scottish Ale was solid as well.Great service, great experience. Can't wait to stop back!

We came through Erie on a random Monday evening on our travels across the country on our way to Canada, and decided to stop here based on some reviews and the local atmosphere. Everything we were hoping that would be came true. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and we had a splendid time out on their expensive deck.Our server Saige was super friendly and made our experience memorable! She may also have healing properties for haunted houses, but this is where she really shines!

Great local brewery with 26 of their beers on tap. We enjoyed a nice flight that allowed us to try a ton of different styles of beer including ipas, stouts, sour, and lagers. Besides offering a ton of tasty beers, what stands out about Erie brewing is the customer service. Carlos has been our bartender every time we're here and he has done a fantastic job of welcoming us to the area (we're new) and introducing us to the brewery. We're so appreciative of his insight and genuine excitement to show us new beers. As for the ambiance, it's casual. There's tons of open seating inside and outside and there's food available to order at the food stand. Great space for large parties!

This is a cool place...John's pizza and the Erie brewing company is really cool. The interior is very cool and would be a neat place to hang out and have a few beers. Unfortunately I was working so I had to skip the beers. I did have a mushroom burger and fries which were OK but nothing special. I should have the pizza. They could actually use some specialty pizzas. The service was OK also. I did like the fact that you can see the brewing area - it was really cool to see the machines. I will have to stop back and do a beer flight and the pizza.

Wings good and crispy with side of ranch or blue cheese, we were able to get 2 flavors on our 10 piece wings. Fries are potato wedges, they were piping hot and delicious. Instructions on menu to order and pick up food at window.The bar side was less desired. The bartender greeted us, told us to sit anywhere, came over with menus, then returned for 1st drink orders. Then never came back. There was only 2 tables in the building at the time. We ate our food. My friend had to track him down for another drink and wait at the bar for the drink. When I finished mine, I wanted another. But couldn't see the guy anywhere. Three more people came in, he came out got their drinks and went mia again. Needless to say, after waiting over 30 mins for him to come back out we decided to leave. Had to wait at the bar to cash out. We debated between this place and another place. Think we made the wrong decision ‍

Love everything about this gem of a place! It's cozy and there's plenty of seating options. There's a full food menu and they have updated tap menus on their mini screens and in a printed menu.This would be really cool to see live performances if they don't do so already. Beer is actually really good for a small town!!

Great brewery! Huge place with a big bar and lots of tables. They have a large selection of beer and food. You order beer through the brewery and then food at a different counter. Several good stouts on the menu. They also have a shelf of good board games!

The clean and beautiful outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing Erie summers. Beer flights with 4 or 6 beers are available. They had several whimsical flavors available. I tried a flight of six beers (three IPAs, two stouts, & a barleywine) and they were all pretty good but none stood out as phenomenal that I wanted a growler to take home.You order food at a window and they give you a buzzer when it's ready for pickup. In general, the food isn't anything special, but you must get the 8-inch Bavarian pretzels - pillowy soft and the accompanying beer cheese sauce is a perfect consistency. Sweet potato fries (which dipping syrup) are also good. My friend had a blue cheese chicken salad which looked unappealing with iceberg lettuce and precooked chicken.Happy Hour (4:30 to 6pm)- Four select beers are half price.- Several appetizers (sweet potato fries, chicken fingers, bavarian pretzels) are half price.Pros: Parking lot, very nice outdoor patio, large indoor seating area.
