El Rincon Mexican Restaurant

SOLID Mexican food for a good price. The menu is massive and filled with so many options. I ordered queso (super cheesy, but sadly lacking peppers-- would still order again!), rice, and a shrimp quesadilla. My mom and sister got a shredded chicken quesadilla-- they enjoyed it. My other little sister got a lunch combo that came with a taco, quesadilla, and rice for $8! The salsa was extra good. You do have to pay after two refills, but we didn't eat more than that. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Servers were kind and plenty attentive. Parking was easy in the lot.

We have had the Street Taco's a dozen times. They are delicious. Don't know who's in the kitchen tonight but it was one greasy mess! It's like the corn tortillas were dipped in oil but not toasted at all. Sadly, one bad experience like this is enough to turn me off for good. First it was my old favorite, their Chicken soup. Now this! Won't be back.

Ordered the chicken pollo. It was delicious! Staff was attentive and the prices were so cheap for the amount of food you get. It was also pretty busy during lunch. Worth the stop if you are passing by.

Hi Yelpers,I went again , I was so nervous and scared something might be done to my food but I wanted to see if things had changed. I first ordered the piña colada and was excited to delve into it but it was sooo extremely sweet that I couldn't drink or enjoy it. Neither could my guest who also ordered one.I also ordered the spinach quesadilla that was a bit salty but otherwise well flavored. It came with rice that should have been cooked a bit longer, lettuce, sour cream and pico de gallo. It tasted nice all put together actually. The person with me ordered fajitas with no onions or peppers and the dish was served with three mushrooms and about 16 oz. of tomatoes. It's funny when I think about it now. I was thinking that broccoli, squash, or cauliflower would have worked fine, but I do appreciate the chef for trying. What I loved the most was the sweet server and I think the manager who asked why I was leaving so early ( I was scared honestly, the hair episodes, phew ‍). He also talked to me at the counter, which was nice and showed that there was no bitterness after I returned the piña colada. Two stars gained due to service, I'm thinking I'll go again to see if more improvement is made. I'll update you all as soon as I do!

last handful of times I have ordered takeout, the order was wrong, soggy or missing items. even when we were there for pickup early. I grew up on this place for every family birthday, so it seems the best experience is in-house.

Because i love this place been coming for 13 plus years i have never had anything bad or overcooked no issues we decided to go tonight been a few months we not restaurant eaters fast food much or eatting out so we picky and healthy rate this place 10+

Chicken dry salsa bad and no patron Margarita Won't come back. Also beans. Really bad

We always loved this place it has great margaritas, nice atmosphere, perfect service. Food ok ... we quite going for years. Finally gave another chance and first 2 times food was amazing next 2 times overly salted. Can't taste the food past the salt! Spent over $70 for 2 of us and couldn't eat the food.Please lighten up on the salt!

Went to dinner with friends, great atmosphere clean area portions was perfect. Service was quick food was hot El Rincon is our favorite place for Mexican food.

El Rincon was the place to go to get great Mexican food. Large portions, great chips and salsa, and great drinks all at affordable prices.Now, not so much. Food has been priced high, portions are smaller, food not as good, and they are stingy with their chips and salsa.Been going there for over 20 years, not any more!
