El Campero

I had a carryout order (burritos mexicana, flautas and tamals) and it was wonderful. The food was hot and fresh, prepared beautiful. My compliments to the chefs.

So we had a party of 15, half adults and half 10-11 year olds soccer kids. They took our orders quickly and efficiently, brought our food out and got every order correct somehow, refilled drinks in between before anyone had to ask and got us all paid up without a hitch. I was so impressed by the staff and the food was delicious, everyone was happy. Plus my Horchata was HUGE. Well-run establishment with amazing staff***

I LOVE this place. The food is cheap and amazing - I've never had a bad meal here. The service is both polite and incredibly fast. I come here at least once a week! I highly, highly recommend the chile relleno and the taco salad, or the combo #9. I always choose El Campero over any other Mexican restaurant in the area.

Visit this location frequently. Food is always fresh and brought out within minutes. I think the longest I've ever waited is 5 minutes for food. Lots and lots of choices and so many combos. Also the margaritas are very good as well and they have happy hours during the weeks and certain margarita days.

I know people are crazy about El Campesino (same owners), but if it really is "just like" El Campero then I have no idea why. Maybe I'm biased because there are so many better Mexican options in the greater Cleveland area, and this is really as good as it gets around Canton. We had lunch here on Saturday, and it was definitely the worst Mexican food I've ever had. I didn't think Mexican food could even be bad.My burrito was covered in some kind of sauce that tasted just like the gravy you get with mashed potatoes at KFC. The mild salsa tasted like soap. Those were probably the worst two details, but the meal overall was just not good. The food was sloppily presented and looked unappetizing. The waiter was confused by our orders, and didn't give us a clear answer to our questions (I didn't know until my meal arrived whether I would be getting a bean burrito or a beef burrito). And the restaurant had a bad smell.I definitely would rather have eaten at Taco Bell.

Love this place so much. Food is great quality and is priced amazingly. I always look forward to going here with my friends and family. The service is also very good and I never feel rushed by them. Will continue to go here and will never grow tired of the greatness of this place.

Fast service. Familiar faces. We eat here often. Our favorite is the dinner for 2. Delicious food every time.

Quick service good menu. Vegetarian options too. Haven't tried fajitas but SIL said the best she's ever had. Discount coupons on back of some store register rec'ts. Delicious food. Love going there especially when we need a fast meal.

Prices were great! Staff was very friendly. Being from out of town, we were looking for a low key Mexican restaurant & this was just that. Will be back again if we are ever back in the area.
