East of Chicago Pizza West Akron

This is the worst pizza I've ever tried. You can smell it before you see it and that's not a good thing. One bite was enough for me to spit it out. It tasted really off. Also, do not have warm lettuce on pizza. Nasty.

Do alot of carry out here. Never an issuePizza is GREAT subs are sosoLove that they have green olives!The deep dish is good. The taco pizza is good.

I've had pizza here over the past few years and it's like the quality is going down or something. The chicken wings were so small that they could have been free with purchase. I place a bottle cap on a piece so you can see how small it is compared to the price. The pizza was just okay. Again, I've been coming here for a while so I know that the pizza can be better because it has been much better. I hope they go back to the quality good and wear gloves while preparing the food.

Horrible customer service! I have ordered from East Of Chicago Pizza at this location plenty times. My orders in the past were ALWAYS on time, HOT and correct. I don't know what happened, New employees maybe? You all may need to start drug testing your employees, from drives to managers. Here's the deal, I ordered 2 pizzas at 4:42pm, 2 hours go by so I decided to call and speak to the manager. Told him it has been 2 hours since my order was placed and the pizza was told the pizza was suppose to be here in 45 minutes when I placed the order. I never got the pizzas. And they claim they were delivered an hour before I made this call, delivered to "apartment H" and a lady gave them $40... that was the wrong apartment letter, It didn't reflect my info on their records (going back to 2014!). Nobody even pulled into the parking lot as well as my neighbors were not even home. And to throw "icing on the cake" the fool told me; "go back there and tell your neighbor that's your pizza". What type of crap is that?Laziness, liars, and a lack of good customer service skills are DETRIMENTAL to any business.

I could not believe this place doesn't have a higher rating. I was here for work and the pizza was so darn good. I was staying a nearby hotel and just wanted a quick take out. This was so delicious and the small size fit a hungry appetite. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating on the phone as I asked questions about their opinions on the menu.

Their standard pizza is good. I'm writing these thoughts on their "Chicago style" pizza.In a phrase Pizzeria Uno needn't batten the hatches any time soon.Pizzeria Uno's own satellite stores don't measure up to the original, and this hat doesn't even make it into the proverbial ring.Chi-town's offering has a bottom crust an inch thick with a crispy exterior and chewy interior and is well worth the hour plus wait in their dining room.EOC's effort seems a Half-hearted effort at best.No discernible difference from their standard crust, without it's crisp exterior I remember from my last visit.It came off a bit soggy drowning in sauce and toppings and just a bit unhappy.The sauce is different from their standard, and not to the better and seems laced with way too much garlic.Overall I vote for their standard product.What's east of Chicago should stay there.

Breadsticks were goo.! Spaghetti is not. The sauce is not good at all. Based on that, I don't think the pizza is any better. My go to for pizza would be Athena's!! Plant based option pizza is so bomb!!!

Truly disappointed their service. I placed an online order to be delivered at 5:30pm. At 5:45pm I called the store and was told that the order was canceled because I placed the order for the wrong store. But, I did not, as the receipt listed the correct store. Then, when I told the person that the receipt showed that I placed the order at the correct store, she then said a man called and canceled the order. The worker also said something about the driver saying the order was canceled. So, I have no idea what they did or why she kept making up stories about the order being canceled. I have been charged $77 for this order and was told it will take up to 5-7 business days for a refund to go through. In addition to the poor service, there is also a $4.99 delivery charge and an approximate $3.00 credit card charge added to the order, with an expected tip to be added for the driver also. You have permanently lost our business.

Super pizza for a chain pizza restaurant. The Chicago Deep Dish is great. I go at least once a month.
