The Chicago Style pan pizzas were much larger and thicker in their advertisements.

Is this a pizza?!
The pizza was okay
Awful
Wing were little. Price reflects that.

I am giving it 3 stars because both the pizza and potatoes were too spicy for me. If you like spicy, you might give it 5 stars. The delivery woman was lovely, and my food arrived at least 20 minutes sooner than predicted. My biggest issue is I was really looking forward to the jo jo's. Unfortunately, they are NOT jo jo's. This photo is of a bag from a store, just to show you what they look like. There are no photos on their website, so don't expect real jo jo's if you order.

After leaving my previous review, I got a call from the Manager Travis, who was very apologetic, and a decent guy. It's a family run business going through some growing pains, so I declined the refund in exchange for a credit...and will try again.

Tonight is the third time in 2 months they have messed up my order and after the second time I asked that they put on note on my account. I guess customers don't actually matter. Terrible.

I ordered online, that was very smooth. Not all locations offer online, Stow location did.I drove over 30 miles from Cleveland to get this pizza and wings. Staff was friendly.I remember East Of Chicago pizza that was in Macedonia Ohio 19 years ago, and this just isn't the same as I remember; crust about the same, less meat toppings, less cheese.Reminds me of a $5 Georgio Pizza.Wings were small, price of wings reflects the price, wings didn't really have much of a sauce taste, due to lack of sauce, but my wife enjoyed the wings.I been waiting years to try East Of Chicago pizza again, disappointed

Great deep dish! Good service and delivery. Price is reasonable. I always get the veggie deep dish and they don't skimp on toppings.

Don't let this excuse for a "pizza place know that you are using a coupon. Firstly, you will be informed that.....rule #1 doesn't apply here. You're wrong by complaining. The 12 year old behind the counter knows what is acceptable. Secondly, and just as,if not more importantly the arrogant jackals that owns the franchise wit the manners of a Marjorie Taylor Green, or Lauren Boebert. Should have a serious reevaluation of his ability to qualify for a franchise opportunity. Either that or "East of Chicago" must have the attitude that if the money is there ,there you go JERK ruin our reputation P.S. I was forced to give a star rating, which would suggest something was done right, Doesn't even deserve a mention SUCKS ALL THE WAY AROUND MUST MENTION AGAIN....... NO COUPON

East of Chicago has a great pan pizza. Their salads are awful. The last one I got had a load of fresh cheese meat and tomatoes on the top. But underneath all brown slimy lettuce. This is my second bad salad from there and my last. Won't even go back for the pizza. And on top of it I was told the owner would call me and issue a refund. I called at 5pm and was told he did it. And I said let him know a phone call would have been appreciated and she hung up on me! Forget this place.

Just ordered my dinner like I have done many times before from this establishment. I prefer to order from here because they strongly support our veterans and I always try to support local businesses. The young man who answered the phone seemed annoyed and was rude when taking my order. Seemed like he wanted to just broom me thru. Never bothered to ask if I wanted anything else with my order. I had to yell into the phone before he hung up to ask to order an additional side. And when I tried to place the order for the side, his response was that I would have to pay in cash because he already ran my credit card. Ummm. What? Is he to incompetent to place a second order for the side with the same card? I had to repeat the credit card number because he seemed to be distracted, (perhaps he was more interested in his Facebook posts or Instgram pics.) Never bothered to give me the total cost of my order. Never bothered to even thank me! Perhaps they were busy. I get it. I've worked with dealing with the public. It's not always easy, but there's a way to handle it. It's part of growing up. It's called doing your job. You know, that thing you do and get paid by your boss to do it. There's a lot to be said about being courteous and polite, especially in the food industry and where there is PLENTY of COMPETITION in pizza parlors around here. Sooo, I called back a second time in blind faith, (how wrong was I on that one.), to place my order for the side and was greeted by more Neolithic incompetence from a young lady who, quote "just started here." and couldn't take my order over the phone. Perhaps that also is due to the probability that she is being "trained" by the same pimple faced nitwit I spoke with not 5 minutes earlier. I was put on hold, (real shock there huh?), and finally decided to forget about the side order and I hung up out of disgust and the likelihood all I'd get was the same fool that originally took my order. So no additional money for East of Chicago from me tonight. So to bring this complacent yarn to a conclusion I thank you all who take time to read my post and hope it's been educational to you.

We live in Hudson and hadn't ordered from here before so we decided to give it a try. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and some plain wings (nothing complicated!) for dinner with my 8-year-old son on a Friday. Was told it would be 35 minutes. When we arrived 35 minutes later, we were asked to pay and then took a seat with several other customers. We sat in East of Chicago for an additional 40 minutes. During that time the employees argued with each other about the fact that they were out of pizza dough and were lacking ingredients, told several other customers that they would have to wait 30+ minutes beyond the time they were told, and handed the wrong pizzas to other customers. The place was dirty - bits of trash and food on the floor - and no one seemed to be leading the employees to get things back on track. After several other customers were checked in on again, I approached the counter and asked about our order. I was then handed a cold pizza and wings from the shelf by the counter (just wire shelving, no heat lamps). Our order had been ready at some point along the way but not handed over and was now cold. The cardboard of the pizza box wasn't even warm. We got home to room temperature pizza and the soggiest wings I've ever seen. Luckily pizza is good at any temperature and wings can be improved in a toaster oven, but I would recommend that others steer clear of this location. While waiting for our pizza I chatted with another waiting customer who shared a story similar to the one in the comments - that this location is under new ownership and they're trying. The lack of leadership in the building on a Friday evening was obvious. If they want to make this business work, they need to correct these issues immediately. Customers have a lot of other choices in the surrounding area.

I called and ordered a Buffalo Chicken salad. I received a grilled chicken salad. I called back to ask about my salad. I was told to bring my salad back. I advised them I am down the street at the nursing home working, could they drop me off a new one. I was told yes but I would be charged a delivery fee. How am I being charged a $2 delivery fee for a mistake you made. This is ridiculous. I literally work 2 seconds from them in the plaza. Customer service is everything and they just lost a company of valued customers for this one.
