East End Bar & Grill

The food is a bit expensive. I understand it is a "bar", but would like to see a kids menu. Would probably frequent the place more if it was more family inclusive with the menu during the day.

The dress code is "come as you are". I've eaten at this bar several times over the years and never had a bad meal. The clientele tends to be the biker fans and I mean this as in what to expect, more than forewarning. Walking in the front door you will need to go around a pool table and perhaps pause to allow the player take their shot. You'll need to pick your own seats, inside or outside. The bar is largely open to the outside and has a leisurely atmosphere. I chose a seat near the front of the bar looking out toward Lake Erie. Our server (Boots) doubled as the bar tender. Boots was polite and efficient. She was very familiar with the menu and was able to answer any questions.For an appetizer we settled on the Cheese Curds. We had two craft beers from a modest list. The beers were cold and hit the spot. The curds arrived shortly thereafter. They were hot and tasty, accompanied by a side of ranch. I had the Cajun Shrimp Burger (medium) and a side of Tater Tots. My wife ordered the Grilled Chicken Wrap with the Fair French Fries on the side. Our entrees arrive in a timely manner. She was satisfied with her wrap, saying it was "good". If you aren't familiar with what a "fair french fry" is and I would be in that group, they are thinly sliced potatoes. Thicker than a shoestring and thinner than a standard fry. They are deep fried until brown. My burger was overcooked to well done. I didn't get much Cajun flavor but it was a good looking sandwich. The shrimp were large. Even with the negatives, it was good! The tots were perfectly cooked. As stated earlier I've eaten here several times and never been disappointed and the prices are reasonable. Give it a try!

Outstanding food & service! Take out order was complete & prompt.Enormous mushroom cheeseburger! Side of roasted potatoes was so huge that it served three people.We were pleasantly surprised to have fresh broccoli as a side.

The food was good. We got pretzels and cheese, the quesadilla burger and steak quesadilla. The staff was very attentive, welcoming and friendly. We sat at the bar they had a great draft selection for us craft beer drinkers. The prices were pretty cheap for the touristy area on a holiday weekend. We went there again, the next day for a quick beer, we brought out dog, the waitress whom was in and out of the patio area was so sweet, she brought him a bowl of water. The patio area is relaxing and they have a nice fire pit in the middle.

Great experience - thank you, Rachel, for your great service! We enjoyed some beers on the dog-friendly patio at the outdoor bar and watched the Indians game from there on one of the TV's inside. I highly recommend the steak quesadilla. Very generous portion of steak and beautiful grill marks to provide texture and a little smoke. It was a nice, casual, comfortable atmosphere. Definitely worth a stop!

Chef Kyle does awesome things here. From the Quesadillas to the Burgers to the Appetizers it's always on point with some killer service. And the live music on weekends it's always a plus! #FreshCutFries

Great service and food. Had the steak salad, it was cooked perfectly with good seasoning. The blueberry lemonade was awesome. Service was pleasant and attentive. Would totally recommend.

1st timers yesterday good was delicious good service & great atmosphere definitely will go back
