Dunkin'

Stopped in for my morning cup of jo. So many cooks in the kitchen nobody could get orders right. Nine employees and it took 8 minutes for a medium ice black coffee they weren't busy either. They stated Dunkin was discontinuing the tomatoes for avocado toast as well. Major bummer. Told the girl have a good day and got no reply. What a way to start my day?!

Dunkin is my go to place for coffee drinks. I absolutely love their drinks. And this place didn't disappoint me. I do enjoy trying their seasonal favorites as they come out. Butter pecan is the flavor I tried. And it's amazing. Their prices are reasonable and the size of your drink is better than competitors.

Stopped by for a few quick munchkins and I was really impressed by the new and clean look inside. Plenty of inside seating. It took a few minutes for someone to notice me waiting at the counter and they didn't seem extremely busy since it was late afternoon. Conveniently located on a corner, makes it easy to access and quickly get back on the road.

Staff at this location is so patient and so nice they really perfect every cup made, donuts though.... A bit stale.. Everytime.

best Iced coffee around! The French vanilla is my favorite. I also love the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. Definitely a daily stop!

"It's time to make the donuts" was their famous slogan for many years. I think their current slogan is "America runs from Dunkin'"? It's my understanding that most of their donuts are now machine made offsite, shipped to the store, then decorated. As a result the quality of the donuts have gone way down. They are dry and often out of stock. I can't count the number of times I've gone thru the drive-thru in the evening hours and was told that they were sold out of all donuts until their shipment arrives tomorrow. What? I don't want donuts that taste like they are imported from China. I want delicious donuts that taste like they were made that morning on-site. Even the donuts size is smaller than locally owned shops. The company's cost cutting measures have destroyed their donut business. For shame DD, for shame. Dear Dunkin', You keep focusing on new initiative drink products and I'll keep getting my round cake with a hole in the center fix at quality shops like Beckers, Donut Scene, and Donut Land. But change your name! If the focus isn't donuts its not fair to use such trickery. Would 'Wannabe Starbucks' be a name infringement? Toodles!

I'm really taken aback at how low the ratings are for this Dunkin. I have been here several times and I have to shout this location out because they've been the most efficient I've been to. Even with 4-5 cars ahead of me in line, we still moved right through and my drink was ready before I even got up to the window. The staff here is always very nice too and have a very positive attitude, which is a lot better than being grumpy like I've noticed a lot of the other locations seem to have. Their menu is huge and you can actually hear the employee from the speaker box, as the location closest to my house is very outdated. I've never been inside but it appears to be well kept from the outside. Only suggestion would be is to put a little more effort into the food, it seems like the items I've had in the past were just thrown carelessly into a bag, but that could be why they're so quick. Overall I like this location a lot, and it is my go to always!!

The WORST Dunkin doughnuts I've ever been to! Service was awful, I waited in line with another 5 people behind me for 10 minutes to be helped. The staff didnt even acknowledge we were in line. When I went to place my order, I had to repeat myself 4 times..and it still wasnt right...but I didnt have time to complain because it took another 10 minutes to get my coffee. A lady in front of me had a problem with her coffee and it took forever for her to receive her new coffee as well.

Why are you taking one car at a time with four people in the building if not more? I have a special needs child who insisted on a glazed donut so I had to sit and wait. Mind you I bought my breakfast from elsewhere already once super hot and fresh freezing cold because I pulled into you parking lot at 8:00 am on September 15 and didn't pull away from your window until 8:25. What the literally hell. It's coffee and donuts. It's not hard

The coffee was actually perfect and the food was a little cold, but they jumped right on it and replaced everything! This washonestly this was the best fast food experience I've had in a awhile
