Most of everyone is pretty pleasant, I've been going here for years on ends, 10-15 years maybe now maybe even more. Anyways I get my coffee made the same way every day and it keeps getting more and more bitter and I don't know why. First I started off by adding one extra shot of caramel and a bunch of sugar to make it not as bitter. It worked for a while until it started getting even more bitter to the point where now I get 3 cream, five pumps of caramel, and five sweet n low in a medium iced regular coffee which when it's made right it's perfectly sweeten to my liking. But for some reason It's not sweet at all even with all of that in there any longer, are you guys changing your recipe? Are you watering down your caramel? It's something and I don't know what but whatever it is needs to change. It's only with this Dunkin that it happens and I don't understand. Please PLEASE fix whatever it is because when it's made correctly it taste so good and when I have whoever it is working remake it when it's bitter and not sweet I get an attitude which is very unappreciated as I pay good money plus tip every time I come.

This is the review during COVID. The shop is open for drive thru only. We ordered but when we pulled to the pick up window, I could see several employees working inside. None of them were wearing masks or gloves. I guess Ohio state does not care about the risk of the virus spread. Even if so, I would have expected some corporate responsibility to protect staff and customers from Dunkin. I am no longer buying from this chain.

This was a nice location. It was my first time to this location. The staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean. They got my order correct and my food was hot. All in all, this was a decent location and experience. I've noticed that Dunkin Donuts locations have different pricing, and this one has cheaper pricing.

I stopped going here this past week because I was going EVERY day, getting the same thing....it was either a 1 scoop mint chocolate chip cone or a 2 scoop cone. They started off fantastic.... pricey ($5-6) but you got two gigantic or one gigantic scoops and it was satisfying. The last 3 times I've went in, I've paid the same price and was given a legit baby scoop. I asked this again yesterday when I got a cone, "This looks like a baby scoop... this can't be right"... the teen working the counter ran to his boss (some Indian lady), who said "that's the right size scoop"....and I then mentioned that he didn't even use the usual scoop they use...and he said, "Just going by what my manager says".... so I won't go there anymore. The men's bathroom is always filthy and smells like that liquid ass spray.... raw sewage. It's a bummer... it's close by where I live, but now I'll just go to DQ in Mentor when I want ice cream.....

Literally the worst, most disrespectful crew and management. If I could I would give no stars but considering Dunkin USUALLY has a good reputation I'll toss them 1. Telling customers "naw, we ain't gonna do that" no matter what they ask. Ringing up two separate orders for 1 car, not rocket science. Just laziness. And adding steam milk to a hot beverage? "naw, we ain't doing that". Manager coincided workers response.

First, the drive-through needs some work! We almost drove through the bush because of the awkward hill when approaching the pick up window! There is a hill that makes you roll backwards! Secondly, and most importantly, the rudest service I've ever had! Getting yelled at by someone that I don't know or work for is unacceptable! We did not know we had to stop at the menu board and tell you we had an online order! you were rambling and yelling so fast I'm not even sure what you said! Yelling at me and practically throwing my food at me, was not your best choice! I was the one that was apologizing for why I don't understand! In your rant, you forgot to give us a straw! You should've been apologizing after yelling! Do better!

We just had to throw away 2 orders of hash browns because they were cooked in OLD nasty grease and it was the most disgusting thing I've tasted recently. And my daughter tasted it too. Yuck. Change your oil. I want a refund!!!
