This was my first time this year at this location. I used the mobile app and my order was ready as soon as I pulled up a few minutes later. The employees was very nice and smiled and greeted me. I chose the $6 meal that is called a Dunkins Box. My sausage sandwich was great and my hashbrowns were good this time. Hashbrowns are hit or miss, this time was a hit!My ice coffee is tasty!

Well if anyone wants to know why this location has two stars. Read this review and you'll understand. First off let me say I love Dunkin mobile ordering platform. It makes life so easy. It save previous orders and also has favorites. It saves my points and my payment method. With that said. This location stops Dunkin' from being great. I have been to probably over 20 different locations in my lifetime. And this location is having many problems. I haven't left a negative review about them because I felt it was just a small problem. But today just topped it off and I wasn't happy. So I ordered through the Mobile app approximately ten mins away from this location. On the freeway. Yes I ordered while driving. But this app is so easy with previous and favorites that it wasn't a problem. Sorry for those that won't like it. My order was the Coffee roll. With a large Frozen coffee mocha flavored. And I added the free medium coffee because it was available for free. I got to the location in ten mins but for some reason I went through the regular drive through line instead of the mobile order line. So I ended up waiting about 5-6 mins before I got to the telecom. I announced I was here for mobile order. I followed the line around the building. When I got to the window. I was asked to pull forward. My order isn't ready. What??? Not ready. It's been 20 mins since placing the order. With out hesitation I said yes no problem. Not angry at all. I wait an additional ten mins for the employee to come out and apologized for the fact the machine is not working. I explained to her that this makes the third time I have arrived in the past three weeks and told the machine is broken. She asked what else I would like. I explained I didn't want anything else. And I would like my refund of the drink. She returns and gives my credit card back. She didn't give me a receipt. For the refund. I ask her for the refund receipt. She said there is no receipt. I explained that it's a credit card transaction. According to the credit card company. All transactions must have a receipt. She keeps explaining that she can't give me one. At this point I am annoyed. I politely ask her one more time. Can I please have a receipt. She rolls her eyes. And goes in the building. She returns with the receipt. See. Not that hard. She needs better customer service skills. The coffee roll I paid for and kept. And the free coffee. The coffee roll was hard. What a darn shame. I couldn't even get a soft roll. As for the free coffee. I normally wouldn't complain about free. But since this location has failed me. The coffee was bitter. I ended up adding lots of creamer to it. To make it taste good. So to finalize this review. This location is deserving of zero stars. And now you know why it has only two stars. I'll be going elsewhere. This location won't see my money in the future.

Food station always closed for cleaning?This is the third time I've visited this Dunkin in the afternoon to find that they weren't selling any food products because the station was closed for cleaning. Wondering if this is true at all or if afternoon staff just don't want to make food? It makes no sense to me that food would be unavailable at lunch time. This location is missing out on some real $$

If you're not ordering before 9am, this drive thru is extremely quick. They probably have the kindest customer service compared to any of the nearby chains/businesses. They all seem to not hate their job. I find that the sweetness on a drink (i.e. iced coffee with 3x sugar) varies depending on who makes it. -- it tends to be on the oversweeter side if at all--- but it isn't unbearable. They are quick to fix it if I ask. They also have more options then what's listed on the app. Shoutout to the manager (I didn't catch her name. I think it was Nancy) who gave me extra food that someone ordered before me/left when I had an incredibly miserable day.

They need to throw the whole entire staff away and start over!!! I've given this place multiple chances to get it right and they let me down every time! The bagels are never fresh, always hard seems like the frozen 6 pack you can buy for a 1 And then they put a glob of cream cheese on it to hide the appearance instead of having cream cheese cups. the lattes taste more like burnt coffee.....avoid this place as much as possible, if you need coffee run in the other direction.

Wish I could rate this 0 stars. I have never once gotten the correct order from this Dunkin.. always either tastes very off, given coffee instead of latte or get sick because they use dairy milk instead of almond milk. Customer service is always poor and slow even when there are absolutely no other customers inside or in drive through. Such a shame as I know this is a newer location.

THE COMMUNITY DESERVES BETTER...I'm a lifelong customer of Dunkin. This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE operated store I've ever experienced. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY HERE. I've been in the service industry all my life. IF YOU HATE CUSTOMERS AND YOUR JOB THAT MUCH it's time for you to find a new path.It's way too many opportunities out here than to make a career out of being Rude and nasty to people who want coffee and donuts....C'mon.THE OM GROUP AND DUNKIN' BRANDS FRANCHISE should step in here and rid themselves of the terrible operator of this one. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!First try....I've never been to a Dunkin that told me I couldn't order a bagel because the station station was closed. How absurd. Who ever owns this place should take action before you loose all your neighborhood customers.....not to mention the young lady on the drive through speaker was just not friendly. I feel bad for writing this but hopefully the owner or manager can take the feedback and operate the business in a way the community deserves.....Let a positive, respectful, friendly, kind, and optimistic person run this location.
