Dunkin'

I am a huge Dunkin fan. This location is fairly newer. I would say wishing past couple years. It's my first visit to this location. The drive through had prob 20 vehicles in it. So I went inside. The staff was busy. But there were plenty of staff to handle the crowd. I was greeted with a smile. And my order was taken and I rcvd my drink in a very reasonable time. I plan on coming back for sure.

So i like the prices but the workers are so rude. Especially the middle aged woman with glasses and the blue uniform. I have a teensy feeling that management here sucks but idk. But cant even lie the donuts and drinks especially the refreshers are so scrumptious. It should definitely have a bigger parking lot tho.

I only frequent this location because it's right down the road from my job. I get the same thing everytime I go. Large Cookie Butter Cold Brew, 6 cream, 6 sugar, a shot of expresso & no cookie crumble on top. I have only received this coffee correctly made one time out of the 10+ times I've gone. This most recent time, I said in like three different ways that I don't want the cookie pieces on top and was assured that there would be none. nonetheless, I got the coffee and told the lady at the window that i ordered it without cookie pieces and she then tried to argue with me that 'that was not how it was ordered' so she took it out of view, stirred the pieces in so I couldn't see them & changed the lid and gave it back. I was so upset because every drink I took, it had the cookie pieces in it. Just annoying. Unfortunately, as much as I love Dunkin, I might have to start going back to Starbucks. At least they get my order right.

Anyone that has tried to pick up an order or even place an order on a weekend knows what they are getting into, the fact that this has gone unaddressed since opening shows the lack of commitment from management or even the city to fix. Today was 25 minutes to wait in the drive thru

First one there at 5am on a Saturday morning. Staff were cheerful and ready to serve promptly at 5:00. And not sure why/ but the coffee was exceptionally good! First brew of the day?

Very good service and well made coffee! Thank you for making food as is it ordered and not ahead!Great for allergy customization.

The worst managed shop around. Half the time it's closed inside. Drive up is horrific wait. Kids are running it snd need guidance Obviously owner doesn't care if customers are taken care of When inside is closed no one posts a sign on window do you don't park your car and go in just to find out it's closed!!!!

Love the coffee so much more then Starbucks if you ask me! Only real "issue" I have is sometimes specific specialty drinks are made poorly, but I'd say I get a good drink 4 out for 5 times!

Took a dozen donuts to grandkids in Jan. Selection was few but what was worse is they were not fresh. Better to get from a grocers bakery dept. I tried again yesterday at westlake store. Again , disappointingly STALE. I'm done with Dunkin.

This emo chick i encounter each time at drive thru window makes the most exquisite beverages known to man. she deserves all of the tips in the world. the fast food barista wizard knows what she's doing. i look forward to every beverage made by this god. i think her name is montana? anyways, i look forward to striking up a conversation with her each time i visit. 10/10 would recommend this location.
