I'm new to the area and needed a deer processed so I jumped on google. I looked by location and wasn't impressed until I stumbled across their web page. It was so far advanced compared to other places and they had everything you needed to know listed and priced. I made the drive from Medina, you back up to a losing doc style door/doors. I walked in and was greeted with a big welcome, they had a huge selection of samples out for tasting. They went over everything available and what you get for the price. He made suggestions and then after my order came out and unloaded for me. Complemented the deer and asked to get a picture for FB. I got some "specialty" meats so they said about 5 to 6 days. I got a call on day 5 that it was ready to pick up. It was exactly what I ordered, they go through it all with you at pick up. I sampled some and it was fantastic.

Anyone who hunts (or who lives in Mogadore or Suffield) is familiar with the Duma family name. The family owns an awesome "meat palace" however I believe the deer processing end of the business is separate. We took one of our deer to Duma's last year for processing. We requested spicy Italian sausage, Summer Sausage, hot dogs, deer roasts, tenderloins and innerloins. The specialty processing was quick and easy. Duma's Deer Processing is located on Mogadore Road just across the street from Goodyear Wingfoot Lake Park... it's a little hard to find at night however if you call them a friendly voice will guide you to their facility. The building has a long loading dock that we backed our truck up to. A nice man came out and greeted us... he invited us in to "sample" the AMAZING delicacies that they offer. In the meantime he brought our deer into the processing area. He even offered to take our picture with our deer if we wanted! He was especially kind to me which made us feel good. It seems that the family recognizes the need for sensitivity in this business... I was treated as a very special customer. We received our meat less than 4 days later. I cannot describe how good the sausage was! We had to hand out frozen deer sausage and hot dogs to our family as parting gifts after my husband cooked the meat at our annual Memorial Day picnic. We enjoyed and shared the Summer Sausage with friends and co-workers.By the way... Duma's has an annual "Big Buck" competition and they post pictures on their Facebook page of their customers posing with their deer ("does" count too!) Followers can vote on their favorites and the winner gets a prize. My husband and I laughed (and even cried) looking at pictures of the proud faces of sons/daughters/dads/moms that were able to provide meat for their families. We will definitely patronize Duma's again this hunting season - and don't be surprised to see us on the 2017 Facebook page with a winner!

Dave Dumas really messed up my order and cost me a bunch of money and I didn't get what ordered. He then blamed me for wrong order sheet that he filled out.And we dropped off antlers from my son's buck for a Euro mount on Oct 10 and haven't heard a word. I left a message, no answer. Never going back. Used them for years

On January 18, 2022, I harvested a nice buck by crossbow. On January 19, 2022, I dropped off my buck to Duma's. The dressed weight was 132#. On January 26, 2022, I picked up my deer and received back 31#. I've been hunting for almost 50 years and I probably harvested 70 - 80 deer during this time. The buck I dropped off to them was in perfect condition. Hunters should expect about 50% of their dressed deer back in processed meat. The young man that attended to me when I dropped it off and picked it up lied to me. He took my order and told me that the deer was big enough for me to expect 16# of sliced meat so that I could make my own jerky. I received only 4#. Furthermore, I received only 1 backstrap that was cut in half. 2 small roast and 19# of ground. I asked to speak to the owner and was told that he was not available. I left my phone number for him to call me back, and he never did. They never answer the phone and they never return phone calls. Their moto is that they "guarantee your deer back". It's a lie. The place is filthy and smells from rotted meat and dried blood. I also found mouse droppings on the floor.Duma's will lie to you and steal your deer meat. They did it to me.

Have used them for years and will continue the trend. Meat is cut clean, packed fresh and to be honest the best all around deer processing I have ever seen. My deer are a responsibility to me from start to finish and I trust them to pack it for my families table. Thanks Duma family!! A+ all the way

We brought in a 120 lb deer, told them we wanted roast, and back straps cut into steaks. They didn't make the roast and instead they ground it into hamburger and gave us only one of the back straps and still charged us $82 when we only got back 20lbs of meat! When we asked about it they said either pay us the $82 or we keep it. I will never go back. they are rude and do nothing that you ask of them! Not a good first experience with them AT ALL!!

I dropped off my deer on December 5. It's the 2nd of January and I haven't gotten it yet. My brother who turned his in the same time got his back. He had jerky made. I had hot dogs. I called twice. Left messages both times, nothing. I'm a first time customer too.

This was the first time we ever took a deer to a processing place. We normally butcher our own deer. This place had good reviews and was reasonably priced compared to other competitors. The process was smooth and easy. The meat was done in a couple days. Packaging was OK. Some of our ground meat did not have a complete seal on it. We had to reseal some with our food saver. About 1/4 of our meat was not frozen. The ground meat was not consistently packaged (or it looked like some of it had been smashed before it froze in its package) and doesn't display the poundage on the sticker (not that important). Everything else was good. Barely 4 stars, their prices saved them on this one!
