This was a new experience for me, as I've never eaten Croatian food, but I stumbled across an advertisement where they were having holiday music and decided to give it a try. It exceeded my expectations. I had the pork schnitzel, and it was so delicious. I also had the bean soup and salad. Everything was wonderful, but the bean soup was my favorite part. It was just so savory. The bread they provide is dense and chewy, in a good way. Paired with the soup, I could have been happy with just those two items. The live music was incredible, and it was a very festive dinner experience. The staff was very helpful and on top of things, despite being super busy. I highly recommend giving this place a try. It would make an amazing date night. Oh, and the price is extremely reasonable. Don't miss out on this place!

We used to go to this place all the time in the past . Since the new management took over, the service and the food have been nothing to write home about. The server was awful, and the food came out cold, salty, and not edible. The calamari was cold & very chewy, & the chicken paprikash was loaded with grease. When you tipped the plate over, all the grease was coming out. It was gross! This place is not the same. Go elsewhere if you want a good meal, because this place is not it. Run!!!

Great spot for takeout or dine in. Total confort food for cool weather. We got paprikash and stuffed cabbages. Two orders of each fed 4 people with leftovers. The people are real nice. Support local business.

Had not been here in quite awhile. Went for my FAVORITE Wienerschnitzel with red cabbage & spaetzels (like I had in Germany in 1964) Red cabbage and spaetzels are no longer on the menu! I was SO disappointed! We made a special trip from the other side of town to go here. Googled for that combination and found there's a place right around the corner from where my boyfriend lives! Now we have to check THAT place out...lol! At least the Wienerschnitzel tasted good here even though the sides were not available.

My husband and I loved this place and would go to dinner at least once a month. Haven't been there in at least four years, so decided to eat there on this past Saturday!! What a disappointment, I used to love the potato pancakes, they we awful, a large flat almost see through and so greasy you couldn't eat them. I remember them being fluffy and crispy. My husband's chicken was dry in the chicken paprikash, hardly any sauce at all. The Wienerschnitzel was ok, but not like I remember. Not sure what happened but does not appear to be the same cooks as before. We'll not be eating there again.

New owners? New cook? Was so excited to dine there post covid shut down. Awful and over priced!16.50 for Wiener schnitzel which does not include soup or salad. Their once "to die for" mashed hashed browns are now orange, tasteless, mushy cubes. The chicken broth is no longer clear and tasty with that slight oil slick which was liquid gold! Now it's cloudy, run of the mill soup. Very disappointed. I would dine there pre covid and order 3 bowls of soup, which are now cup size. The Wally special is now 15.00 and no longer offers a thick breaded pork chop, cabbage roll, and kielbasa. It's 2 thin pork cutlets, tasteless cevappci, and raccini sp? Awful! The sauerkraut and bread are different, too!So if you are expecting a great European meal, Dubrovnik's is no longer the place, which really is upsetting! It was our go to place. I doubt there are any good European restaurants on the east side now. Fanny's is gone, now Dubrovnik's.

Had lunch today at Dubrovnik Garden restaurant. Extremely disappointed. Most of the Lunch prices ranged between $18 and $23 dollars. I had the chicken paprikash, at least that is what they called it. It was just chicken and gravy over noodles for $18.99. I did not taste any paprika or sour cream. It came with a side of mushy canned green beans. I wouldn't give it any stars but the staff and our waitress were very nice and attentive. Zero stars for the food.

We drove 80 miles round trip to have lunch here. It started great, good food. Then, half way through the meal, the hostess and another employee sat down with another person to have a business meeting 3 feet from our table right next to us.... even though the rest of the restaurant was completely empty with dozens of other tables to choose from for their meeting....We had to listen to their meeting, and couldn't continue our own conversation, hurried to finish our $70. lunch and get out. Hint...want more customers....treat them with some respect when they pay $70. for a lunch. This was just unthinking and made no sense to do this to us. We will go elsewhere next time.
