Doughin' Crazy

This is a very fun concept for a "treat" restaurant, and the idea is also executed nicely. It is set up much like an ice cream scoop shop. There are lots of tempting cookie dough flavors available, as well as fun toppings. The "edible" cookie dough tastes just like real/"dangerous" raw cookie dough -- delicious!The shop doesn't have its own dedicated exterior storefront, but is located inside a large, interesting building. The location was clean, and shared space with a "food" restaurant which was closed when we visited.Street parking is available, which I think is free, but I'm not 100% on that.Overall, I'm glad we visited. It was unique, and I'd like to try more of the flavors - maybe even a sampler pack.

Hit or Miss hours, but a favorite none the less. Good selection of dough and ice cream. Always great service. Great addition to Sandusky.

This is one of my kid's favorite places to hit when we are in town. The service is super friendly, they were very kind and helpful and it's a really good value for what you are getting.

We never got to try it because they were closed when we got there after driving out of our way to try it. This was despite their website and the sign on their door saying that they were open. And no it wasn't a holiday.

Yummy!! I don't know about you, but whenever I'm making cookies, there is a high likelihood that I am going to eat a decent amount of the dough. Doughin Crazy allows you to do just that without the guilt! This edible cookie dough comes in many varieties such as chocolate chip, crazy dough (sugar cookie), brownie batter, lemon, or my personal favorite, cheesecake, just to name a few. If cookie dough isn't your thing, or you prefer it as an addition to your ice cream, they have you covered as they offer several varieties of Tofts ice cream as well. The serving sizes are generous and the price point is affordable.In addition to the delicious taste, the location is great in the newly renovated Sandusky Marketplace, a restored historical building that offers a taste of Sandusky history. If you're interested in history, take a stroll down the main hallway and enjoy the local artifacts and narratives.

Awesome cookie dough, first time I have had something like this and it did not disappoint. The staff was helpful with recommendations and samples. They offer sampler deals which is what we got so we could try a bunch. And the left overs were good for a few days after too!

Really cool place to grab dessert or little snack. It's in the old Cooke building which has been renovated into the new marketplace. There are some really cool historical artifacts lining the halls, but back to the cookie dough!It's cookie dough that's served like ice cream. There are no eggs and special flour, so you don't have to worry about anything. You can choose one or many flavors with their sizing. Or you can get really crazy with a cookie dough milkshake. They use Toft's ice cream (for anyone who has been to Sandusky before).Really cool business with great service and a good product. They also have a food truck, that goes to events and fairs, so look for them outside of Sandusky too. We spotted them at the Milan Melon festival.

Great dessert place just next to a great BBQ place, and a chill environment to rest and recharge from Cedar point in the middle of the day.

I consider myself somewhat of an ice cream expert having made ice cream for a major player in the cleveland area over one summer home from college and have eaten a million gallons of the stuff. This comes across as a pretty unique idea. You can order one scoop of ice cream and one scoop of a dough of your choice. I selected the birthday cake ice cream and chocolate chip cookie dough. The first few bites were amazing and then the sweetness of the cookie dough sets in. This isn't a bad thing I just believe they could get away with giving you a little more ice cream and a little less of the very sweet "dough" all and all this is a tasty treat and if you have the chance after some duck bowling or axe throwing (next door) you should check it out.

Yum!! The edible cookie dough is so cute and a delicious treat! Great variety of cookie dough and ice cream flavors. Only downside was there wasn't much seating. Other than that, I would recommend stopping by and trying their edible cookie dough!
