Donut Scene

Don't let the plain looking storefront fool you. This donut shop is legit.First, the fact that it's 24 hours is already a bonus, but aside from that, the donuts themselves are fluffy and fresh.I only had two kinds... the chocolate long John, which was soft and sweet, and the sour cream, which is essentially an old fashioned with a little crisp tartiness.I was impressed with the quality and the service was prompt and inviting.I live out of state, but would definitely recommend this place and would come back if I was in the area.

This donut shop makes all items all day. They are open 24-7. Although some holidays They do close early. Their donuts are better than Spudnuts or Krispy Kreme and less expensive. I won't even mention Dunkin because Dunkin runs out of donuts before noon, they are more expensive and nothing is made in store anymore. Donut Scene is a ten!

Super disappointing visit today. When I was last here I a year ago, I would come every few months and get delicious moist fresh flavorful donuts. But today when I came at approximately 4:30 PM, I spent nearly $30 and was incredibly disappointed to find that all of the yeast donuts were super dry and stale and not fresh at all. Some of the donuts I was given were so dehydrated they were nearly flattened. Unsure if I just came at the wrong time or what but I'll be sure to buy fewer next time for work or buy a tester donut first before I spend so much money on stale hardening donuts. Even the snickerdoodle I bought had a strange almost metallic off flavor to it but it was not totally hard.

Donuts here are average donuts, nothing super amazing but nothing bad. I appreciate the hours and the fact that their business is open as long as they are. If you're craving a donut at any point of the day, you know you can grab one here. They had a fair selection of donuts and cookies in the front case. I got the chocolate cream this time around, was a bit disappointed at the lack of powder on it and it was not filled much at all. The filling tasted like frosting to me, which isn't my favorite but it'll work. Tasted a bit old as well. I've been here before and they have tasted fresher and softer so maybe it's hit or miss. At the end of the day it's a donut and I could get one at 4pm.

This is the sort of place that just survives when other places go under. You're there for a donut in the morning or...after dinner at 8 PM and that's fine because they're ALWAYS open. I craved a donut. I got a donut. It hit the spot.

I really enjoy the Donut Scene in Strongsville. I especially enjoy the sour cream donuts and the apple fritters (give them about a 25 second jolt in the microwave). I've been there at different times of the day and they have always had them. People mention old or stale tasting donuts and I have to admit that I have not experienced this over the past 10X I have been there. Very good place - donuts are good - great selection - prices respectable. I highly recommend this store!

Came here Saturday morning and there was a decent amount of people in line or sitting drinking coffee. Fun fact, the dozen donuts actually come with 13! Not bad for about $12.50.So many great classic and unique flavors (had pumpkin and apple for fall flavors) and the dough isn't heavy when you're chewing it at all!Friendly staff. Would return.

In the beginning this was good fresh donuts. But the last time I was here. Some of our donuts were not good. Not only was the chocolate frosting on the donuts more sweeter then cake frosting and thick. But the donuts tasted about a week old. Mind you just some. I would have to say it is hit or miss on freshness. Not much more to add.

We moved from TX & have been searching for an amazing classic glazed donut. Definitely a 10/10 here! This place is open 24 hrs so it's hit or miss if you'll get a warm batch. Service was friendly, simple and quick We'll be back for sure!

I must have died and gone to heaven. A 24 hour donut shop. They have a private parking lot and is located in a little strip mall. They not only have donuts, but they have muffins, cookies and cake. The have a small dining area where you can sit and enjoy your treats. They guy that was serving the donuts was very friendly and helpful.I was there later in the evening and the donuts did not appear too fresh and the selection was not great.I got the pineapple upside down cake, a lemon and sprinkle donut for $3. They served their purpose and satisfied my late night donut craving. The prices were so low, that I thought he mischarged me.
