Had a great cozy evening at the Pub last night, the atmosphere is perfect for an evening during the holidays. Had a couple drinks with my husband and we split the mussels. Yum! It was a busy evening but our service was great!

Great ambiance, felt like an italian place. Gave me the sopranos vibe. Since i eat only seafood or halal meat i went with the pesto seafood pasta. It was good for sea food. Staff was amazingly kind and helpful

We were one of the first guests at the pub on a weekday during the week of Christmas. We were quickly seated and enjoyed the ambiance of the pub and the Christmas decor. That is where the experience took a turn. The restaurant was extremely under staffed and had a single waitress covering the pub and the bar. It took forever to get our food. Finally, my mother in law went to inquire on the status of the food and was told it was ready and that she would get it to us soon. All of the food was lukewarm. The French dip had soggy bread, the cheese was congealed and everything was sub-par. It was a disappointing experience and we will not hurry back.

The Pomeroy House used to have the BEST crab cake. All crab. Now you're hard pressed to find any crab in the crab cake. All stuffing. Honestly, I'd rather pay more and have the old crab cake back. Service was exceptional as unusual.

Anniversary dinner there. Good service. Food was good. Kinda old atmosphere... and a tad on the pricey side.

Fantastic meal at Don's last night. I attended a group event and realized I had not been back this summer for lunch on the patio, which I think is one of the best in NE Ohio. They also have formal vs. less formal venue options - formal dining rooms are upstairs (I love the one with the booths) and a less formal "pub" (which has great food) downstairs.I've consistently had great service and top quality fine dining here over the years - yesterday was no exception. They had two "fall bake" specials on the menu, one chicken and the other lobster. I opted for the chicken because of the preparation: baked and then lightly pan fried to finish. It resulted in a nice combination of flavors with carmelized skin and moist and tender meat. The bird was delicious! The chicken was accompanied by 8 steamed clams (with butter and garlic), steamed Yukons and corn on the cob. It was a treat. Hopefully the patio stays open for a while yet and I'm not too late to get in another outdoor lunch this year. Picture from last year is included. Will definitely be back!

Just ok. We have frequent this restaurant for many years but it is declining in service and quality, This is my last visit.I ordered a drink from their drink menu that I have had many times and the drink was not made correctly and tasted horrible. Our waitress never came back to our table until our entrees was served. Salads were served by another employee. I told her the drink wasn't what I had in the past. She argued with me and told me I was wrong. I ordered the surf and turf- steak was good but lobster was like a rubber band. Sorry to see this restaurant declining.

We made reservations for four and sat at our favorite table. Our server was Tammy and she is so knowledgeable about the entries. She guided us through multiple food issues and we all had perfect meals. The atmosphere in the dining room is so calm. We were able to talk with each other without shouting over music! Lovely evening!

This is our go-to place for a great dining experience. Their food is consistently good, the service is top notch and the ambience is always a great place to relax and enjoy.

Everything we tried was delicious! Our server was efficient and the ambiance is like a warm and comfortable library.
