Don Drumm Studios & Gallery

This is a lovely place to visit and shop. It's filled with the beautiful and original metal work by Don Drumm as well as a broad selection of glass, pottery, jewelry, garden decor and more by other artists. There are two outside areas and many indoor rooms of treasures with a range of prices starting from less than $10! Service is friendly and gift wrapping is provided.

I love Don Drumm Studios. I'm aware art is subjective but there are many different artists offering a variety of styles and perspectives so I really feel there is something for everyone. I also appreciate the gift shop Different Drummer. If you need a gift there is a wide assortment from funny and eclectic to beautiful or heartwarming Different Drummer and Don Drumm Studios are a great place to shop for it; and bonus they gift wrap (soo cute)! Yes please.

This place is so fun! Unique art, great place to find some items for yourself or as a gift to others. They have outdoor decor, jewelry, signs, clocks, kids items, holiday decor and everything in between. Worth a stop! Would love to come here again.

Don Drumm is one of my favorite places in the world! If you are looking for a unique gift or something special for your own home, go here first. As I write this, I'm sitting on my couch, and just looking around, I can see 9 items I've purchased at Don Drumm. First timers should be aware of a few things: 1. This is fine art. If you're looking for something crafty, this isn't the place for you. 2. Although there are certainly pieces available in nearly every budget, know that this is generally priced on the higher end. 3. The gallery is tight. I do not recommend people with mobility issues (especially those with canes or walkers) attempt entry. It is not wheelchair accessible. Avoid bringing in backpacks or large purses. 4. If you can, go on a weekday to avoid crowds, especially during Covid. 5. Park in one of the two lots located across the street instead of the one directly in front of the gallery. That one is tough to get out of.

Friends and family have been asking my fiancé and I where we are registered, and our answer has been nowhere, because we have all the things we need and we hate stuff. But to people who really love us and who really want to give us a non-monetary gift to celebrate our upcoming wedding, I've been saying: buy us art! A dear friend of the family gifted us two beautiful pieces from Don Drumm studios and gallery: a Christmas ornament and a trivet. I love the distinctiveness of Drumm's style and that Drumm pieces are distinctively Akron art (I'm a northeast Ohio native, so this is important to me). The informational card that came with the gift reads that Drumm is a pioneer in using cast aluminum as an artistic medium, and the trivet is exquisitely described as a "cast aluminum cooking sculpture." Now that's the sort of item I am thrilled to add to our home. We have it leaning against a wall in the kitchen because it really is art and shouldn't be hidden in a cupboard.I've never been to Drumm's studios and gallery, but next time I'm back home in the ak rowdy, I will definitely stop by. Especially if I need a present for a loved one or for myself!

One of my favorite places! Just to walk through the galleries and observe all the beauty and talent is a joyOf course, I usually add something to my collection, even if it's another outlet cover!

this place is magical. it's a combination of the unique gifts, the beautiful wrapping, and the people who work here that make it so special. people know about don drumm, but the staff here deserves extra appreciation. they're kind and wonderful and go above and beyond. they love working here and it shows.

Beautiful gallery. Well chosen art of many mediums. While traveling from NC to Michigan we enjoyed finding this gem!
