The Distillery in Toledo, Ohio, is a fantastic local gem! From the moment you walk in, the friendly and attentive service makes you feel like family. It has a cozy, welcoming tavern vibe rather than the brewery atmosphere we initially expected.The food is excellent--especially the wings, which are seriously massive, nearly as big as your head! There's always something fun going on, from lively bingo nights to entertaining trivia events that keep the energy high and the good times rolling.If you're looking for a laid-back spot with great food, a fun atmosphere, and plenty of local charm, The Distillery is a must-visit!

First time here, definitely not our last. Tried the CBR Pizza (Chicken, Bacon & Ranch), with Buffalo sauce drizzled on top. I just wonder where this pizza has been all my life. It was absolutely delicious!!! The baked chicken chunks with Siracha Bourbon sauce was great! Alcoholic bevies are also a nice pour. We will be back!

I have always avoided this place for no particular reason just not my scene. Today my husband talked me Into making it a stop for a drink. We ordered 2 drinks and mozz sticks and immediately cashed out. About 10 min later the waitress reappears and says they aren't turning the fryers on today. Thats fine, I give her my card for a refund. She returns and says the manager says it's going to be a gift card or wait, and they'll turn the fryers on. I tell her we are almost done with our drinks, I don't want to wait a half hour for mozz sticks, and we aren't getting more drinks (and im never coming back so no to the gift card). The mozz sticks were $10 on the original receipt plus tax. When they gave me the new receipt it didn't add up to the same and the waitress seemed beyond irritated by me. I should be the one irritated. Good bloody mary but I'm never stepping foot in here again.

We've been here a few times and we normally come for the basement, but they do have a great sports bar vibe upstairs. The crowd is local and the food is great bar food. The staff has an amazing list of all their awards that are given by the regulars and it gets everyone involved in the bar area. The food and bar are good, but the staff really makes this place. It's a must if you're looking for a place to come and watch the game.

My dad took me here bc I just turned 21 a week ago and we went to the basement with some friends and it was so amazing! The ambiance was so chill and relaxing and the bartender (Allie or Alex I can't remember unfortunately) made me an amazing drink and she was so fun and accommodating! The food was pretty good and the drinks she made were amazing! I spent a quick $100 not including tip and that was money well spend! Will definitely be recommending and coming back!

OK. I'm ready. Been coming here since Grad school. Neighborhood pubs should know their regulars. They don't try much here and there's not many black females that come alone looking for craft beer. Zac who is one of the managers has been the only 1 to even ask my name in all these years. Interesting the bartenders seem to know a lot of the other regulars. Anyhow, halfway decent draft selection. They do not update regular online but will print u a tap list. Why pay to be on untapped n not update ur beers? Strike 2 for me. They allow smoking on their patio but.. All the smoke seems to blow back in here so as soon as u sit at the bar u think u are at a smoking bar. Disgusting. Thought the rule was 30 feet from the door?Food? U ever eat in a smoke filled place? Even before, when I was in college the food is average drunk food. Live music on weekends with cover. Can't imagine paying to come smell like smoke but they do have good local bands that come here. If it wasn't for the beer and reasonable prices I would take another star away. Maybe come early evening before everyone starts smoking. Or power hour 8-9 when well drinks and domestic bottles are $1.50. U still on that?

I like this place, and really appreciate that they bring in an excellent polka band for Dyngus Day, the traditional Polish holiday on Easter Monday. However, the food was very problematic. I ordered some mozzarella sticks, which cost $9.50 for six (6) sticks. Four of the sticks had exploded in the deep fryer so badly that they had become empty tubes of fried breading. Only two survived as actual cheese sticks.

Used them to cater our Christmas dinner. Pizza was cold and they screwed up our order. 2 leagues used them and they set up the food with part of our order for the other team. Didn't use sternos to keep the chicken nuggets warm. Also when initially told we would have this catered was told cost would be $5 each, day of dinner, was told we had to chip in an additional $2 dollars. Pizza tasted like cardboard. Not worth it. Hope our league does not use them next year.

Laid back and friendly. . It's in a strip mall but inside feels like your cool neighborhood bar. Live music. Yummy bar food. The juke box played Johnny Cash which is always good.

You have to order the Cuban Dog the size of one of Michael Jordan's sneakers.The grilled roll is the best sandwich bread in town. J. Alexander's quality sandwich and super affordable $4.75 it is difficult to eat this much. Also fries are included though they had coleslaw (huge bowl). Don't order extra cheese, there's plenty!I visit the area about once a month and always grab lunch here.Really superb!
