Distefano's Authentic Italian Foods

Classic Italian store that gets everything right, even better than 90% of the Italian stores I've been to. The hot food was great, highlighted by the meatballs and the pizza was phenomenal. I'd love to try the pizza freshly ordered, but even with sitting under the heat lamp for I assume 20-30 minutes, it was a 7.9 slice. Highly recommend this place

Deli food has a very authentic Italian taste, very different from fast food, highly recommended if you work nearby and want a quick bite, no sit down. I recommend the pizzas, subs, and lasagnas. Just amazing. The red slices and broccoli slices are really good, funny how they cut it with scissors. Great place.

Had a sheet of Sicilian style pizza with sausage/peppers/onions. Ask for that for 8 people. It fed about 12-15 of us and all were raving about the taste!! Great food great prices and even better people that work there. We'll be back for sure!

With many of the Italian delis in cleveland going by the way side DiStefano's continues to thrive. Incredible cheese and cold cut selection, nice olive bar, great bread and pastry selection, and amazing to go options. The best focaccia pizza in oh!

Always on the lookout for that speciality shop for special occasions. For great Italian choices, this is the place! Needed authentic Italian loaves of bread for Christmas Day dinner and heard about this gem. Checked it out and it was exactly what my wife was looking for. First, bakery was outstanding! Fresh breads, rolls, cookies, and anything you are looking for. Deli meats they cover anything you are in search of. Olives, olives, and more olives! Meal dishes ready to heat at home, they got you covered! Deserts as well! A great stop and for us Eastsiders a good spot to fill up your Italian desires!

This is definitely an East suburb gem. Not only a great little grocery store, but they have a large deli selection (including specialty Italian meats), a bakery with fresh breads, cookies, cannoli, and more, a great hot foods counter, and a made to order sub menu, optionally toasted. Included at no additional charge - the expertise on the products from the Italian workers. They don't just sell the products, they know the products. Tell them you want to make the best pasta sauce ever and they'll help you out.The hot foods counter is fantastic - I've tried a number of things and it beats the pants off of any standard grocery's hot food counter (even Heinen's). The roast beef, the pizza burger, and the pork chops are my personal highlights. The pizza burger is two slices of pizza, upside down with a massive freshly ground sausage patty in the middle. Delicious.There's no place to eat at Distefano's so plan on eating in your car, or if the weather is nice there's a few parks nearby.

Curbside pickup during pandemic is great. Broccoli pizza and focaccia are the stuff of my childhood.

Sausage and peppers were good choice for lunch. Picked up leaf of bread for home great choice!

Fantastic food!! Fresh and authentic. Excellent prices! This is a regular and frequent place for eating.
