Love this place unique dinner items in chicken roasts and meats pierogis oh my! They're friendly and listen to you. Spices from old world too. They will take orders and I'm planning on getting meat package for my freezer soon!

The sausage was okay. The meat I got for city chicken was grey and smelled funky so I threw it out.

I usually get the candied bacon from West Side Market but was in the area and bought a pound from them yesterday. It have never had candied bacon so spicy before. It is nearly impossible for me to eat and I've had candied bacon from this place many many times. Hopefully it is just too much spice in one batch but it really wrecked nearly $17 in bacon!!

Nice people. Decent variety. Bought a few things: Bacon, ground meat, and sausages. The sausages we got the feta spinach and the red pepper. Being honest both were just okay. Kinda dry after cooking them on the grill for dinner. Bacon was okay. And ground meat okay too. I like to go to the local shops and check them out. Would I go back. Yes. Just wouldn't get the sausage again.

Very unimpressed. Seems like things are old. I bought a whole chicken. It was the worst thing ever. Dry and horrible. Won't go back.

Jalapeño chicken patties and Jamaican jerk chicken breasts were amazing! Bought them the 5th of July cooked them tonight. Followed their recommendation to put the patties in freezer 5-10 minutes before grilling. Amazing - Delicious!

What a find in the heart of Parma! All of the savory, fresh, mouth-watering cuts of meat you could wish for, along with a great mix of sides, such as fresh, in-house made ravioli and pierogi. An eclectic mix of Polish, Slovenian, Italian and everything in-between. If you don't see something that you want or can't get at your local grocery store- just ask or order ahead and they can probably have it for you (Note that the quality is 100X better than what a local grocery store can offer, since they know the sources and aren't relegated to nationwide logistics and shipping in freezer trucks). This place also has a spot at the West Side Market, since 2001. So- you know that they know what they are doing! The place was spotless and the staff was super friendly and approachable! You can see the beaming pride that they take in fresh made sausages, etc. Support local and support small businesses!

I can't say enough great things about them. The people who work at the Parma location are just wonderful and I will never go back to the grocery store or anywhere else for my meat. Their stuffed Hungarian peppers are out of this world! My family has noticed a huge difference in the taste of chicken and meats when we have had stuff not from here.

Best Butcher in Cleveland. Great service, great people that work and run the shop at Pleasant Valley and York in Parma. Completely stopped buying meat at the grocery stores that are pumped with steroids and rubbery. Best steaks in the city!
