I went for breakfast for the first time, cute family diner, cat was a great server, very friendly and attentive, the food was really good and the prices are reasonable, the pancakes are huge, the owner is very friendly as well, will definitely make this a regular spot

Call me crazy but charging .99 cents extra for onions is ridiculous. Food is just ok. Place smells funky. And they charge you for using a bank card to pay. All in all a great big no in my book.

A great little dinner that probably gets lost in the shuffle of some of the other restaurants in Barberton. But, if you are looking for a great meal, whether it's breakfast or lunch, Dave's is the place. Great food , Great people and prices can't be beat.

Definitely a underrated little mom and pop shop. The owners are super nice and so is the staff, it's diner food. So you get amazing sizes with a cheap price tag. Definitely worth it.

Best little diner in the area. I have been there twice, and both times were excellent. I had the cabbage rolls the first time and the pierogis the second time. My wife had a cheeseburger both times. Waitress have been great both times, friendly and quick. This place should be lined out the door.Order your home fries well done, you will thank me later.

Excellent service and owners. The food is consistently delicious and fresh. I love Saturday breakfast/brunch there. Definitely worth the taste!

This is definitely the area's best kept secret with great food and great prices. Their 4 oz. steak and egg breakfast is awesome and rivals steaks at the higher price steakhouses in Summit County. Only open for breakfast and lunch, it is definitely worth the trip to come here!

I have been eating here a couple of times a week for years. Their daily specials are very good and sometimes something out of the ordinary. The breakfast and lunch choices from the menu are also very good and large variety. Even though they close at 2:00, they also have dinner choices. The wait staff is excellent. Give it a try-you won't regret it.

I saw a FB post about how good Dave's Diner was to eat at. I saw they have good reviews. We decided to try it out. I'm not sure how they have such a high rating and can only assume that it is because those that disliked it never posted a review.I had an omelet with tomato and onion and home fries. My friend had the standard eggs, bacon, toast and home fries.I knew upon cutting into my flat omelette that I had made a huge mistake.It looked like ketchup was poured in the middle of it. I believe they were diced tomatoes from a can based on the taste of them. The onions were scarce as was the cheese. That wasn't the worst part though. The worst part was the home fries that must have been days old reheated and refrigerated. Extremely chewy and tasting oil drenched.My friend didn't have any issues with the eggs, bacon or toast, but felt the same regarding the potatoes.Usually I will give a place a second chance when I don't like the dish I ordered. In this case it was about being served old potatoes in my opinion and therefore will never return.

Great little best kept secret in Barberton. Food is great, and the staff is even better. Highly Recomended!!
