Daly's Pub

Stopped here for lunch on a whim. Service and bartender was great and food was excellent. Ordered a Bloody Mary and it was good, but no garnish (olives, celery, etc) which to me is the icon to a BM.Started with the queso bites - gery tasty and great dipping sauce. We split the Reuben and it was huge. They were nice enough to plate our meals separately even tho we split it. Was delicious! We would return!

Always fun at an Irish pub. Daly's has some good drinks. The food is nothing at all special. It's just mostly all fried. Very meaty stuff. I wasn't feeling anything for the food menu. It was a whole lot of meaty stuff. This is typical of an Irish pub where they have sauerkraut balls and stuff like that. My companion wasn't hungry either and just wanted to get tipsy. The drink menu was good since anything's good with Irish whiskey. I had their Jameson green tea shot. This was some sweet tasting green tea. It's $5 all day every day. This was a pretty good deal for how strong it was. I could have a drink here again. It's one of the few Irish pubs around here. Most of the bars seem to have a tropical kind of theme.

Daly's Pub is a local favorite. It's a fun place to go with great service. The food is good and very reasonable and you get a good pour at a very reasonable price.

The food is delicious with large portions and reasonable price. Our waitress was friendly and we were served quickly. However, my reason for giving this a 2 star... I don't enjoy eating my lunch with a dog sitting on a chair at the table beside me as our waitress (anf other employees) petting and hand feed the dog cheese then serve us our food or have the man at the bar with his dog in his lap up against the bar that people eat at. Seriously. Also, about 10 people standing at the door entrance smoking, you have to walk thru the some to enter. Sorry we won't return.

Bad service, Loud, Expensive, Questionable food...It is what it is I suppose: A Place To Get Hammered.If your goal is to get a coupla gallons of Bud-Light down and some poorly prepared bar-food then shout at everyone, then this is your kind of place.I have tried all manner of food here (after being dragged in by friends) and cannot imagine how much cheap beer you'd have to have to like any of it.I won't be back. Oh, you want to invite me along, and you are buying? I'd rather not. Thanks.

Stopped here for lunch while touring the town. Disappointed. Waited about 5 minutes for drink order. Food arrived quick, but no one checked on us till we were almost done. Was hoping they'd come soon after food arrived so I could ask if they had any napkins... found them myself. After eating waited too long to check out and had to go to the bar to pay on our way out. Entry doors were filthy. First and last impression coming through doors will stick with us. So many new places to try out, next time we visit. Maybe it was just be a it was early and they do better with the late crowds.

Typically good food, ok prices, and excellent service. Not yesterday...Waitress refused to advise table next ours to stop vaping. Stated they know its against the law, but they choose not to enforce it. Over nine months of visits this was the first I've seen it indoors. Changed table much further away. Food came out nicely as usual. Waitress never came back to provide refills. Very disappointed with yesterday's waitress. Hopefully the mgt will address the vaping issue and remind the serving staff to check in with their tables on a frequent basis.

We went on a busy night. There was a triathlon in town. Several other places were turning people away. We sort of ended up there by chance. I'm glad we did. Friendly staff, good food, cold beer. It's a bar, so don't expect fine dining. Nonetheless, the perch was really good. We'd go again without hesitation

Came to Sandusky for Ironman 70.3... walked into Daly's Pub for lunch... They were not slammed with business... sat for over 15 min, with the waiter walking by never stopping. Thought about leaving and went to sit at the bar to get service... multiple bartenders looked at me and refused to even ask to take an order... horrible ass service and hope they close

Always good food, served hot and equally good service. Has the look and feel of a dark corner tavern - which is what it is - and menu is consistently delicious! Ambience is casual. Seems like a good mix of boaters, bikers, and locals. Pot roast sandwich on Thursdays is yummy! Patio is near the street but nice views of town, and it's fenced.
