I was craving coffee at work one day, but did not want Starbucks. I saw Dahlia, a Mexican coffee shop (that is women and Latina owned!), on DoorDash and gave it a try. I'm so glad I did. I ordered an iced Mazapan latte, which had flavors of peanut candy and hazelnut. Holy crap was it good. I also ordered a potato pie (puff pastry filled with mozzarella cheese, diced potatoes, onions, and sweet peppers), and alfajores (soft shortbread style cookies filled with Dulce de leche). The baked goods sold at Dahlia are from Jossi's bakery (located in Broadview Heights). There were a variety of pastries to choose from, and I regret not ordering more, they were amazing. My items were carefully packed and sealed since it was a delivery order, and everything was labeled I was very impressed with my first experience here and I'd love to visit the actual shop!

The staff is always beyond friendly and engage in conversation with everyone every time. Not only people they know or regulars. They don't treat you like just another customer. The drinks are great and they offer seating for you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Finally got to try Dahlia! It was mazapán day so I got the mazapán latte. I would like to call out entirely that this is just my opinion but I did not care for it. It was not for me, fine. However, the guava cheese roll and the beef empanada are for me! The Frida paintings everywhere are also my jam. Really cool place that adds to the eclectic nature of this neighborhood and it was early on a chilly Sunday but people were getting their coffee. Love to see it

If you find yourself here.... Congratulations, you have found one of the best coffee shops in Cleveland!!This Mexican owned coffee shop is right off of Berra road! You can park on the street and head in! They offer man different Mexican flavor inspired coffee and they even have little treats you can snack on .... My favorite are the beef and chicken empanadas!!!! I got the Mexican mocha and it was DELICIOUS!!! There aren't many seats in the cafe to sit, but luckily I got on and enjoyed my coffee!! They workers are so upbeat, joyful, and kind!! I'm so glad they moved closer to my house because I will be coming here more often!!!! The owner and staff also do wonderful things for the lakewood/cleveland community... like donations and they even gave our free turkeys on Thanksgiving!! Please support this locally owned business!! I promise it's better than your Starbucks or dunkin!!! 1000/10!!!

I've been wanting to check out and support this Dahlia Coffee for a while, so I was excited when my friend asked to go here. I'm happy I am able to support local and will be spreading the word!Cozy little coffee shop with space for gathering or coworking! The owner/employees heard my friend and I looking for a plug for our laptops and she offered to bring out an extension cord, since the plugs are limited in the space, which was awfully nice. I was honestly worried that our laptops would die! Street parking is available down West 114th. The owner/employee are super friendly to EVERY guest who walked in, even at 8 am. My winter drink special was amazing and was served in this beautiful handmade mug. The guava roll was an item I really wanted to try and let me tell you, it was as I imagined it to be!!! Hot, sweet, wrapped in a crunchy shell! Give Dahlia Coffee try and support local!

Fun Fact: The DAHLIA flower is the National flower of Mexico.I'm a tea drinker and not a coffee drinker so I'm glad that Dahlia Coffee has tea options.I first visited on Wednesday, 16 October 2024 courtesy of Yelp and ordered a Matcha with oat milk which was sweetened with agave. I added a cinnamon blend mix to the top of my drink when I arrived back to my apartment. The touch of cinnamon really did the trick in making my Matcha taste even better.I've been back about 4 times since my initial visit. As a non-coffee drinker, I was brave and tried the Dulce de lèche drink (iced latte with a caramel sweetener, oat milk, & made with less espresso - 1 shot of espresso instead of 2 shots). I liked the drink and I got it on another visit to the coffee shop.I've had their beef and chicken empanadas which are tasty. The beef is my favourite because it is a bit more juicy. The chicken empanada is dry. For sweetness, get their alfajores which are shortbread cookies filled with dulce de leche (caramel). All their pastries, including the empanadas and alfajores) are made by Jossi's bakery.I definitely recommend visiting this local, female owned business. The owner is from Mexico. HOURS: Closed Monday & Tuesday:Wednesday - Friday - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM****GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024- 111/150 total reviews in 2024- 760 total overall Yelp reviews- Reviewed on 5 December 2024

I was here 5 days ago and had a craving for the Matcha Latte with oat milk and an empeñada, so I had to dub back. It was still the same amiable, welcoming vibe as last time, completed with smiles.I knew what to expect from the tea and tasty food; excellence, which is the same as the service. Living on the east side and coming to the west for tea should tell you all you need to know. Try them! They live up to the hype!

I've been wanting to try this spot for awhile now! Super unique as it's a Hispanic spot with a selection of authentic food and some awesome drink options! I appreciated that the cafe de olla had natural syrups and a surplus of spices! However, it was a bit too sweet for my taste but I'll just need to get something else next time because the taste of the coffee was excellent! The service was great, the gentleman helping me was so nice and welcoming. The vibe of the spot was very chill and quiet which is great to know in the future when I need to work on stuff. All in all I will be back!

Just checked out this place with my bf on a quiet Sunday morning on the way to the football hall of fame. We decided to try out a Dulce de leche latte, a potato pie, and a chicken empanada. Everything was so great!! I'm obsessed with the coffee and the decor here. The staff is so friendly and cheerful! Everything was reasonably priced and our food was served super hot and toasty. I will definitely be back to try some of their sweets next time!
