Crystal Keg Bar & Grill

This business has gone so far downhill I don't even recognize it. I used to frequent this bar and it used to be allot of fun. Stoped by with a friend cuz it's been awhile and we looked at each other and said what a nightmare. There were several customers over-served and acting somewhat hostile. Some random old man well into his retirement years walking around telling everyone he was going to sleep with the green hair girl whose ass was hanging out. I guess North Royalton is well on its way to being the next Detroit.

Yikes! Literally, this was like entering the twightlight zone or a time machine. It looks, feels, and smells exactly like someone's basement, but not saying that's a bad thing.

Heck yes. Three and a half years later and this place STILL rocks. Try something from their special Lent menu....I had the cabbage and noodles. WOW! A huge portion of perfectly cooked cabbage, buttery noodles, served with a half order of pierogies and a side of sour cream. Perfect!!!!

Can't beat the wings or steak night. This was my cheers for a long time. Good people, no fights, nice jukebox, pool tables and fair drink prices. There's always people there from the 3rd shifters to the late night crowd.

If I could leave no stars I would. Bartender Nicole was awful. Service, horrible. Ignored half of the bar. Had an attitude when I asked for a drink. Don't come here. Very argumentative with customers. Pork chop was dry. Lost my service. Get better bartenders that are more welcoming and attentive to customers needs. This isn't the crystal keg that I know. Dry food, dry service.

So my girlfriend and I go to the bar regularly and then one night we had different bartenders and so my girlfriend paid for the bill and I gave the bartender $3 that I had and was gonna tell the bartender that my girlfriend was gonna give her more for the tip and the two bartenders started yelling at us and accusing us for tipping them less, etc. So my gf gave them the rest and we're never gonna go back until they fix their service. It was horrible

Suprisingly not a dump. Looks like it from the outside, but on the inside its quite clean and well kept. Service was mediocre at best. Will come back here next time I'm in town.

First time here and the service was great. Best bar burger I have had for years. Prices are really reasonable. Will definitely be back

Bartender with short blonde hair was rude and had an attitude as soon as we sat down and asked us if we were "paying her cash". This was my first visit there and I will not be going back .

Ice cold bottled beer and cheap steaks tues and thurs. Great deals and good food also..
