Great cookies! Always like getting them when they are hot! We get them delivered about too!

Biggest cookies I've seen in a long time. Efficient staff and ordering system. There was a line when we walked in but I could tell that their system works. You order at the kiosk, and a few minutes later, your name is called. While waiting, you can watch the staff in action. Impressive!While the cookies were good, a little on the too sweet side for my taste. Ordered one of each cookie, and the chocolate chip was the best in my opinion. Now if you absolutely love over the top sweetness, come here for a cookie!

I came to Crumbl to see what the hype was about! This company has been opening a ton of Crumbl cookies all around Ohio, so I was intrigued on what was so cool about it. The cookies are a bit expensive at $4 each , but they're gourmet and more filling, so I guess that makes up for it. What's neat is they have a rotating menu with varying flavors. Great service provided.

We got a cookie flight - milk chocolate chip, raspberry donut, iced sugar cookie, and cowboy cookie. The cookies are huge! Maybe 4" in diameter! Definitely enough to share. The ordering system is efficient - it's a kiosk type system with touch screen. After placing your order, your name gets called and then there are your cookies a few minutes later. The cookies are fresh (one was even still warm!) and excellent texture - a little crisp on the outside and chewy inside. Cookies are more expensive than regular cookies, but these are not regular cookies :)

We got 4 cookies - Twix, Reese's, peach and choc chip. The only one that I thought was amazing was the Reese's. If you like peanut butter, this was to die for. I'm not saying I won't try it again, but at $4 a cookie, I guess I expected more.

Cookies were out- but it allowed me to order them on the app, and delivery was an hour and a half :( and originally said like 12 minutes as its end of street .
