Delicious cookies, definitely worth the hype! I would recommend ordering ahead and picking up your order. There is not much space inside the store and there tends to be lines out the door. Save yourself the wait, and order ahead.

It's definitely a sweet treat! You go in and order from their selections of the week. Staff is helpful, but not super friendly . I like how they switch up the menus and give different flavors and varieties throughout the month. However, the cookies are a little too sweet for me. It would be great if they added a lower sugar option. I'm not one for the frosting. But if you like sweet decade and cookies, this is the place for you!

I luv Crumbl Cookies! Just started going to this gem & I recommend! I don't know why you have to get 4 instead of 3 for the small box (I'm not buying just one). They make it hard if you trying to watch your sweet intake lolI appreciate how they have you check your cookies to make sure your satisfied before you leave! Hopefully the one coming to Boardman, OH comes SOON!

With great anticipation I have been waiting for this location to open. I travel for work and first discovered Crumbl in Bakersfield California. So to my pleasure I was ecstatic to find out one would be opening less than a mile from my home. This location was supposed to open on the 6th. To my surprise as I was driving home from the gym passed by and saw the OPEN sign on so I drove right up! Just so happened I was the first customer of the day. I was greeted very enthusiastically with smiles all around!!!! The cookies looked great as I expected. I ordered 1 each of the featured cookies of the week. They definitely will not see the last of me. I love these cookies!!!!! The only downside to having a Crumbl around the corner from me is now I'm going to have to spend more time in the gym Congratulations and good luck to your new location. I will be seeing you soon!

Small place with quick service! Walked in, placed my order on the tablet, and within 3 minutes got my order of 4 cookies. This place changes their cookie flavors weekly and they never... never disappoint. This weeks flavors included caramel turtle, lemon poppyseed, chocolate cake flavor(I forget the name) tasted like a brownie, and our favorite the raspberry cheesecake!!! Ugh. Huge cookies, shareable sizes. Get these cookies, you will not be disappointed. We ate them so fast we didn't have time to take photos.

The cookies are great because it's a chain, however, the parking is very tight and the young lady bringing out my order did not smile until I did. I suggest pre-ordering online and then picking up.

Couldn't find it, and I used to have friends who lived across the street from Macy's.Need better signage and/or easier way to locate store.

My wife picked up cookies for us as a treat today and after eating mine, I spit a long blond hair out out that was embedded into the cookie. We called and they do not have a manager on staff this evening. Totally disgusting and a lack of hygiene from staff. And no it's not our hair as we both have dark hair. I suggest you don't go here as this totally put me off and I would rather go to Insomnia Cookies for a better, cleaner establishment. And for how expensive these things are, no thanks.

The salted Carmel was great, I just wish they were good every time, last week wasn't that impressed, don't know when I will go back, you saved me some calories

Cookies aren't done enough. Absolutely raw in the middle. Super expensive which is fine if they had some flavor to them! definitely not worth it.
