I had the same frustration as another reviewer on here about our kid earning a prize for Crumbl (only because Mitchell certificates were out!) and not having an expiration date printed on the voucher. When we finally went in to redeem, the employee just said they were not honoring them with no specific reason so that was a disappointment, especially for a little kid. But I had to come back on a separate day and try their limited edition mini pie cookies. I ordered the key lime and OMG it was rich and so good. Looked like a dream and tasted very much like a real key lime pie but condensed. Prices are high so I'll be here for their special creations or on special occasions but they don't disappoint! The location is easy because there is plenty of parking albeit in a busy part of town. They are next to Malley's so they are always my next stop anyways.

This review is about service only. The kids earned coupons for a free cookie from the local summer reading program at the library. Due to mistake on crumbl's side, there was no expiration date printed. When we tried to go redeem them, there was a sign on the door saying they would not accept them and to return for another prize. Well, there are no other prizes because the program ended a few weeks ago. Very disappointing for the kids! It was their error. They should find a real resolution!

I was excited to see that this new location for Crumbl was open ahead of their official Grand Opening festivities. I popped in around 10a. There was no one there, so there was next to no wait. I got a spirited greeting from basically the entire staff, which was very sweet. I've never been to Crumbl before, so I was slightly surprised at the setup. In my head, it was like a cookie cafe, but it's more of a carryout situation. There's a smallish waiting area and register. There were also 2 ordering tablet/kiosks where you can place your order and pay with a card. I love that for getting more orders in simultaneously as well as for those with a bit of social anxiety. The cashier who helped me was nice, and she showed me where to find the menu and offered a Crumbl cookie cutter for purchase. There was just a few minute wait before my cookies were available for pickup. The associate who brought them out had the box open to where I was able to see the cookies before leaving. They looked tasty and exactly as advertised.I ordered a 6 pack with Butterscotch chip, churro, cookies & creme, mallow creme, chocolate chip, and sugar coin. I first tried the chocolate chip, which I believe is their signature cookie. It tasted mostly of flour but was super soft. Underbaked without actually being raw. it just tasted raw, which I didn't love. Up next were the Churro (would order 6 more of those) and Cookies & Creme (equally delish). Overall, it was a very good experience. Since I'm sticking to my new years resolution of weight loss, I won't likely frequent here. But I hope to bring my littles (5yo and 4yo) so they can pick out their own oversized cookie. Great addition to the plaza in Solon!

Quality and quantity are great! Prices are a bit much, but the size of each cookie definitely reflects that

So. 5 days ago we ordered a bunch of cookies for an early 9:30am event for 8:30am pickup on Saturday morning.Running a bit late I got to Crumble at 8:55am. Nearly 30 min after our arranged pick up time, our order hadn't even been started yet. No welcome, no smile, i was in for probably 3-4 minutes before anyone even acknowleged my presence.I was extremely annoyed but patient about it. I asked why they werent done already,And heres where the frustration started. ... nobody seemed to care. At all. No apology, no communication. The vibe was that I was bothering them by even being there. There were 6? People there and absolutely noone was friendly welcoming or engaging. Just a bunch off offput people wondering How dare I be a bit annoyed that my order wasnt ready yet.Since it hadnt been started I decided to run a quick errand to the grocery store accross the street and come back. 10 minutes later, of course still not ready when I walk back in. Im then told to pull up in front since they dpnt have bags, and it would be easier to bring them to the car. So now here I am parked directly in front of the windows. Another 15 minutes goes by just sitting there. Im obviously gonna be late. I walk back in to ask. And the order is finally ready.... buuut nobody told me. At this point I admittedly lost it a bit. Why would you tell me to pull up to bring them out and then NOT.... BRING... THEM.... OUT? Or even bother to let me know they were ready? And then even more attitude especially by an older woman wirh glasses. Yeah its my fault I was told. The response to why didnt you tell me they were ready?" how do we know its you in the car?"For real?... for real? You literally 15 minutes ago told me to pull up right there?. Who else would be sitting there parked right where you told me? For the 15 minutes since you told me? Who was the only one waiting for cookies which was now an hour late. When completely frustrated I askes about that I was told to "relax... its only cookies"Yup. Only overpriced bland cookies, that were late... served up by a staff that clearly doesnt care about customer service.Never again. There are many great options around here for treats that actually make you feel like they want your business. I encourage anyone to support those shops.

Stopped into this new location after a long day of volleyball. (Daughters team won the championship so it was worth it). The place was busy but the line moved fast. You order your self via a kiosk of sorts of which they have two. We got an assorted Party Box which has 12-cookies. You choose the assortment of course. Amongst my favorites were the butterscotch chip, the chocolate chip and the Churro. All were great, but these three stood out to be my favorites. Fresh and warm large cookies made for a delicious treat. A little pricey at just shy of $37 but worth the smiles on the girls faces. I have a feeling we will visit Crumbl more often as they are building one relatively close to my house. Worth a visit to satisfy that sweet tooth.

Clean facility, efficient, cookies are baked to perfection. Show out to Marshen who gave us a cookie plus that was about to be discarded before closing time. Extremely friendly place. Highly recommend recommended.

I placed my order using curbside pick up. Upon arriving, I received a text that my order would be right out. After 15 minutes, I went inside to check and apparently the curbside aspect of the order never showed up inside the store. This is my only experience here. But based on this, it's it seems wise to plan on going into the store to pick up.

It's a hit or miss at this at this location. Sometimes the employees are nice and sometimes they can seem like they don't like there job. I like Crumbl, it just seems like something is off at this location
