Crumbl - Medina

Oh yes! I love Crumbl cookies! I look forward to seeing what cookies they post each week on social media! I really don't have a favorite! They're all delicious! Crumbl is always clean and the service is quick and efficient!

My daughter had a craving for Crumbl recently and she was willing to drive to buy the cookies. So I gave her my credit card and off she went. She brought home a box of four large cookies that looked and smelled delicious. I couldn't eat them though because I was about to go to bed. I also wanted to be able to fall asleep, so no sugar near bedtime for me.The next day, I tasted the cookies and they were very good. They were thick, chewy, moist, and delicious, even after sitting in the fridge all night. I could've microwaved them, but they were tasty without.If you're into cookies, this place is great.

We love our Crumbl cookie location here in Medina always friendly, always clean always fast and always delicious. The minis are my favorite for our children.

These cookies were amazing! When I have a "cookie craving" will definitely consider them again!

It all tastes the same. Some cookies are good with their flavors, but the dough and toppings on most are bland.

The service at the Medina crumbl location was the worst experience I've ever had at any location. They made me wait 20+ minutes after we were told we'd only be waiting 10 minutes and they were nothing but rude during our wait. I will not be back to this location.

3 times I've been here and 3 times I wasted my money. Ordered online, waited 20 minutes to be told they're out of the cookies we ordered. Terrible customs service, rude young girls that work there and NEVERRRR have the items that you order

Cookies were awesome, tipping attitude, not so. We ordered and paid for the cookies before they were pulled from the rack. The girl behind the counter loudly asked, "Do you want to leave a tip?" as she rotated the 'Tip Screen' around so we could see it. My wife said "No" and selected 'No Tip' on the screen. The girl then pulled our order and placed the cookies in the box, and crammed the lid down (and one corner of the lid cut into one of the cookies) then roughly shoved our box to us, and with a sarcastic edge to her voice, said, "Enjoy", then turned her back to us walked away. So she thinks I'm supposed to tip her for simply buying something her store is selling? When all she did was place cookies a box? Dream on. Get a new attitude. I left a condensed review on their local site (only because they limited how many characters you could leave) and following their lukewarm response, I tried to follow their links to leave a review with their corporate office. No success... the links just looped me back to their local site. Not surprised. My opinion is that tipping is out of control in the USA... It's ridiculous that I'm 'given the opportunity' to leave a tip when it wasn't earned in any way. Terrible corporate policy. Insulting, and arrogant to ask so loudly in front of a room full of patrons to make me feel obligated. I guarantee that girl doesn't tip the person at McDonalds for doing the same job. Crumbl cookies ARE good. But they're dreaming if they think they're good enough to make me come back. At the end of the day, I can be happy with a handful of Oreos for a lot less money. I feel lucky my cookies weren't spat on.

The place is clean and the employees are polite and helpful . NGL the cookies are good but the cost is a bit much. For me it was a one time deal. I wanted to try it. If you want overpriced goid cookies, this place is for you

Its before 7 in the evening, they are out of chocolate chip and m&m. Then the girl shows us our cookies and said "do these look ok"? What are we supposed to say, we wanted chocolate chip cookies but this will do. And if you needed a napkin, um, "we do not have any." Not impressed. The store itself was not welcoming either
