Ordered a 4 pack on the app which was delivered via DoorDash. This made the price a little higher. Butter Cake ~Strawberry Cupcake ~Biscoff Lava Cookie ~Milk Chocolate Chip ~All 5 stars delicious!

I visited for the first time in late March 2023COOKIES -- I ordered 4 cookies because I wanted a variety but little did I know that they were so HUGE. I ordered the Classic Pink Sugar, Raspberry Cheesecake, Lemon Poppy Seed, and Sea Salt Toffee. My favourites were the pink sugar and the raspberry cheesecake but all cookies were delicious. I love that the pink sugar was chilled (cold) and so was the raspberry cheesecake one too I believe. ORDERING -- Ordering was a breeze because it's done at the kiosk upon arrival.SERVICE -- I walked in and I was greeted by the 2 staff members.Overall, I most likely will be back but one cookie is about $5 which is expensive.****- 46/150 total reviews in 2023- 597 total overall Yelp reviews- Reviewed on 30 March 2023

Thus is a small little cookie shop that makes pretty good cookies ther is not seating inside but that's okay to me this is just a grab and go kind of thing the employees are pretty nice here it always been a quite place all the cookies I have tried are for the most part very good there diffrent ones every week they are worth giving a try if your looking for something sweet.

Delicious cookies, helpful staff, and clean environment! Very easy to place and pick up orders, and customers can witness the order fulfillment process. The items are on the pricier side though.For this particular visit, a downside was no ice cream in stock.

Cookies are always up to par! Service depends on the shift honestly but cookies are always good

Walked in for my first time -not busy (6 pm 2-15-25) 4 employees visible. The counter girl was barely audible and got quieter when I asked a question. It's weird to see cookies displayed on the counter without being covered. Children can just grab and eat! How many people have sneezed on them today? I was not sure if those were what I would be served. Then I had to order from a computer which didn't say the price. Very gimmicky! Don't like that. I asked for one chocolate cookie without frosting and the counter girl said the chocolate cookie has frosting. I said no frosting and she had to ask me if I wanted the 'lava cake'. I pointed to the cookie I wanted. And asked how much? $4.50 for one cookie is a lot. It's not even that big. And nowhere near that good! Then another employee starts his job. The cookie was put in a box. One cookie doesn't need to be a box! I stated so! If you reduce the number of employees and ridiculous wasteful boxes you can reduce the price by A Lot! I think 2 stars is generous. And the name is a misnomer because it is an under cooked cookie that doesn't crumble at all. I like cookies that have a true crumble. This one was soft!

Any other Crumble I've been to shows you the cookies and asks if everything looks Ok. Several times this one hasn't and that's what happened tonight. He came up, set the cookies on the counter and said something that I didn't understand and walked away. Neither one had anywhere close to the same amount of toppings as what they show on their example on the counter, so asked if I could get some more of the topping on each one and he said, "I don't really have any more to give." He came back over with what amount to a tiny bit of crumbs and put it on one cookie and then even less on the second one. In addition, he never bothered to look at what he was doing while he was putting the topping on. He just reached over the top of the partially open box, dropped the toppings in and walked away.

placed an order and it was supposed to be open until 12am but it was closed I was looking forward to my cookies and it's the last day to get them AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED
