Crumbl - Fairview Park

This was a gourmet cookie worth the price. If you do not want a large cookie, they have smaller options. This location is located in Westgate Shopping Center, formally Westgate Mall. The shopping center is in Fairview/Rocky River.

This place is pretty quiet just as normal as all the other locations they have a diffrent variety of cookies and things the chocolate was actually the best out of all the cookies and I don't do chocolate very much but it was good

I had a wonderful time at the new Crumbl cookies. Putting a location so close to my home feels like a blessing and a curse! I will probably go too often. I always keep expectations low when visiting on grand opening days. However, I had a really great experience. There was plenty of parking, knowledgeable staff, and quick service. I got the triple berry cream and the s'more cookie. The triple berry was by far my favorite but the s'more was just a little too sweet for me (needed flakey salt on top or something). I am overall very impressed with the quality of the cookies. Definitely check out the spot!

It was our first time visiting the Crumbl in Fairview park. The shop and ambiance was perfect just like the one in Avon. The service was great and the cookies were yummy as always! Personally loved the chocolate chip and the pecan pie cookies this visit! I suggest if anyone is on the fence about Crumbl or this location they should try it!

There is no way to describe my experience at this location other than very weird. I stopped by on a Thursday evening but before going in I had to finish a work call in the car. At some point, someone from the store approaches my car to ask me a question I can't entirely hear (because I'm on the phone). Once I enter the store, no one speaks. So, I ask what question was posed outside of my car window and one employee explains that they wanted to know if I was a curbside order. I explain that I was not and then there was silence. No hello, no welcome in, no 'Is this your first time?" I proceed to ask where and how I order (as there are monitors affixed to the wall as well as a traditional cash registers) and they tell me "anywhere." Cool...I ask how I identify what the cookie flavors were and, again, silence. I find the descriptions on the wall and place an order for a lemon poppyseed and a raspberry cheesecake. Once the cookies are packaged, they are placed on a counter far away from me and the employee says NOTHING. I'm like, are those mine? And she says yes. So I guess they couldn't have simply been handed or me, or she couldn't have bothered to initiate a sentence by saying "Your order is right here."As I grab my cookies and approach the door, the only other employee present in the front of the store says "thanks for coming, have a good night."Yeah..okay, sure. Not sure what the lack of communication about, if they mistook me for a unicorn, or just make a practice of not speaking to customers but as a first time Crumbl Cookie visitor, it was pretty abysmal from a customer service standpoint. The cookies are interesting so I may visit another one in the future but certainly not this one. Better luck to you good folks.

We finally gave in to all the chatter and tried Crumbl Cookies in Fairview. The counter help was very disinterested in any kind of customer service. We had some questions, being first time customers. She answered them in the most basic way. The cookies were good, although one was cold and a bit hard. It's tough to ruin cookies. That location would benefit from some enthusiastic employees, if they want return customers.

The first few times we went this location was great, then out of no where they are always out of cookies and their workers have TERRIBLE attitudes. Last time they just threw the box on the counter and walked away, didn't even show me my cookies, which all other locations have always done. Will not return and will go out of my way to go to a different location from now on.

it's a little bit pricey , but the cookies are amazing! The service is good because the workers are quick. The ambiance gives a good calm vibe and it smells good.

I love the fresh cookies!! I love that the menu changes weekly. It makes me want to go more.

Terrible customer service. Impolite staff. Would be great if staff would actually greet you when you walk in.
