Crumbl - Cuyahoga Falls

This crumbl location is efficient, clean, and the cookies look just like they do on the menu. I like that all of the flavors get swapped out weekly, and there's always more than one flavor to choose from.

So disgusting.. i opened the box and immediately the cookies didn't look right the classic pink sugar had DARK pink frosting and it was so gross and all the cookies were incredibly undercooked. don't go to this store

35.47 orders just for 6 damn cookies they didnt deliver my cooklies the original app sucks and it's not accurate at all I ordered last night never got my order n it still says they are on they way I called the next morning for a refund no ansee they finally answered around 12 n said they issued a refund on the app it still says it's being del smh I'll never over from them again

Is dirty and nasty and manager is rude and she refused to give me my order even though I paid for it. Do not come to this store you will regret it

Has good cookies, I like the variety, wish they were a little more coat effective but they are big cookies and typically good quality.

I have gone to this location twice. The first time, two cookies were sold out. The second time, every cookie was sold out. They had a written sign that said to come back in two hours and they also stated they would not come to the door. There was also no time stamp, so when I showed up at 6pm I had no clue when to come back. I would check the crumbl app and it also showed no cookies were available as of 7:19pm. I would suggest going to the Fairlawn, Stow, or North Canton location as I have never had an issue at those locations. The customer service at these locations or better as well.

Pretty good, but very overpriced. The cookies are constantly changing each week but it honestly feels like the best flavors don't come back as often as they should.

We get these every week! So yummy and addictive. Everyone is always very welcoming when entering the store. Keep up the great work Crumbl family!

If I could give this crumble No stars I would. The management is nasty and rude! The store is dirty! I would never buy cookies from this location again! I would rather drive out of my way to get them!
