Crumbl - Beachwood

This location gets it right most of the time. However, I ordered the tres leches and it was just a cake with whipped topping little to no milk. I was sad because it was my birthday reward.

Nastiest Crumbl I ever did see. Slow service and not clean at all. Workers were on their phone the whole time and doesn't look like the floors have been mopped in years as you can see the black build up in every corner. Choose a different location!!!

Delicious cookies. I love the app, and how easy it is to see current flavors and ordering details. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The store space is clean and always smells so good. I also love how my cookies always actually look like the picture.I can't wait to go back and actually take pictures of my cookies next time.

Super yummy! Esp after a few secs in the microwave! Lots of variety to satisfy all palates!

Dirtiest Crumbl I've ever stepped foot in. No greeting when I walked in, the two workers looked at me and yet I still waited in an empty store for one to finally come over. The kitchen looked like pure chaos. Dirty bowls, flour everywhere, not a clean counter in there. It was my birthday and because he couldn't find how to scan my coupon he said I couldn't use it. I get that it's just a free cookie, but Mr. Zero Personality didn't smile or even offer a solution. Just horrible customer service experience. Don't waste your time. Having seen the kitchen there I'm kind of glad I didn't get anything there.

Cookies are very good, warm and ready when ordering ahead or going inside very fast. I come here usually once a month.. great treat for self or gift for anyone!

Overall pretty good, it just depends on if they have a flavor you like. If you don't see anything this week just wait till the next week when the selection rotates!

While in the area, we saw this location of Crumbl cookies. I have heard of them before but never tried it before. The place was a little small and didn't seem that clean in the lobby. They had someone you could check out with or two kiosks. They have six flavors each week that vary in flavor. I ordered the churro and my husband ordered the chocolate chip. It was a little pricey for two cookies at $4 each. It is a large cookie that you could split though. The cookies were good but not the best I've ever had. I think the appeal of varying flavors will attract many people and the fact that they deliver or you can order ahead.

Like the other review said, literally the NASTIEST crumbl I've ever been to. Purchased cookies and ended up throwing them away because I just couldn't trust that they were baked in sanitary conditions. The glass door going in & out is nasty. The floors are nasty. The payment/self check computer area, NASTY...there's dead bugs everywhere. That doesn't happen overnight. Toppings and food all out in the open. Everything is nasty! I watched the cashier handle money & then put gloves on without washing her hands. They were still selling thres leches cakes from the previous week.

the service is not good at all my daughter just waited 35 minutes for a cookie , while a guy the obvious knew the staff came in hugging everyone for them to the just give her cookie to him . my husband then went and asked where his daughters cookie was and told that it would be right out because it was given away plus the store wasn't even busy! birthday cookie or not we won't be returning!!!
