We did take out. The food was great with large portions. The order was prepared correctly. The staff was very courteous. We will definitely go back and try some of their seasonal brews and different menu items.

Just Terrible. Two separate visits to this restaurant has proved that one should definitely go elsewhere for a meal. Extremely inattentive wait staff, Sysco-bland food, and tired-looking interior. First visit was with a party of 3 for a weeknight dinner. Fleas at the table and a waitress who would disappear over and over again, leaving us without drink refills and very long waits in between courses. Second visit, a few months later, was with 35 in their small, private dining room on a Saturday evening. Only one waitress, who was terribly overwhelmed. Terribly long wait for entrees. Not even bread on the table. Three different entree choices, but we waited nearly 1.5 hours to eat. Only half of the guests were even served the dessert! A terrible evening. 7pm arrival & did not even eat until 8:30pm, some had to wait another 25 minutes for their entree. Painful, sad, and so embarrassing for the host who chose to have their group dinner at this establishment. I will not return for a third time. Please, go elsewhere!!!

I've been here numerous times before. The food is always delicious. On this visit we only ordered a couple drinks at the bar to celebrate St Paddy's day . My husband had an IPA and the red I had the red and the kolsch ( all crane room beers). They have an extensive selection of not only their own house made beers but other craft and domestics as well. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our beers and our time there. Next time we will grab food as well.

Well. Not sure what to write here. Been in twice before once for dinner once for a business presentation that included food service. Both previous visits were fine. Stopped last night, when we arrived had a couple waiting in front of us, hostess comes in says she'll be right back, 6-7 minutes later she returns and apologizes nicely for the wait and takes them in. We then wait several more minutes and notice two spots at the bar open. After sitting down didn't get any real response from the bartender who was pretty busy (but you can still portray the right attitude while in that situation) eventually asked me for a drink order, ordered a beer to keep it simple (which I was confused as they are a brewery but only had one of their beers on a menu, in THEIR own bar) my partner asks for a beer on the menu, bartender states "we're out of that" and moves to other end of bar after waiting a few more minutes without her returning, getting my beer, or basically anything, we left. This is only the 4th time I've ever left an establishment because of the service, or lack thereof. I'm in sales and know the pubic are generally a pain and further, how hard it is to hire staff, so I try to be accommodating, but I won't be back, ever. Oh and as a postscript, the patched member of the Mongals MC at the bar really added to the je ne sais quoi. Personally, I prefer Hells Angels.

Visiting from Maryland, we decided to go by this fun place. We had to wait about 15 min and got a drink at the bar while waiting.They have so many craft beers it's insane. I don't drink much beer but they have Angry Orchard on tap and a large full bar for whatever you drink of choice.Check their website for daily specials on food and drinks. Wednesday's they have 1/2 price selected apps and $5 23oz beer or cider. Bar area is where we sat and it was comfortable crowded. Service was a little slower than I would expect but the staff are very friendly and helpful.I had the Crane burger and some apps shared amount my peeps. Wings: had the honey hot, great sauce not overly large wings. Good flavor and mix of drums.Tomato Flatbread: Fresh not much on here. I'd skip.Spinach & Artichoke Dip: Very cheesy. Like the pita with it but got hard as it cooled. Was fairly good.Crane burger: I asked for Med-well at the advice of the waitress, was glad cause it was medium. Bacon, pickles a over-easy egg on top. Good taste and the bun was perfect. This was pretty good.If your looking for a good place to hang out watch the game and have some food this is your place. Prices very reasonable.

Terrible service, food is only half way decent if you're ordering bar food like wings burgers etc. anything else will be overly salted food service meals. Their Italian food is a joke. Eaten here a few times over the years best way to describe their service can be summed up in my most recent experience. Call to order take out, get disconnected mid conversation with woman who answered the phone. Call back goes right to answering machine. Call back 5-6 more times rings and goes to answering machine. Finally get ahold of a different woman 5-10 mins later. She says sorry we aren't taking to go orders. I say that's funny I was just on the phone and got disconnected while placing one not even 5-6 minutes ago and she just hangs up. Plenty of better places to eat around new castle with much better service.
