The day I came here to get the ice cream you had to go through the drive-through. There was no indoor ordering or seating due to "staff vacations".I ordered an ice cream cone with sprinkles and a medium milkshake and it came out to $16 plus they ask for tip. I was pretty unimpressed with the ice cream, service and overall experience.

Really nice people & cute store! The ice cream is awesome and there are alot of customization options to add on. I recently ordered a custom icecream cake aswell & it tasted great. I recommend looking at their facebook to see their new options & updates.

They ran out of their chocolate blackout and the girl suggest the vegan option. I got my son a large cup with fudge. What came out was a pathetic excuse for a large. The cup was half full and I asked them, is this a large? The woman working said, we weigh it and our vegan weighs heavier so yeah that's a large. I don't recommend unless you want to overpay and get ripped off. Sorry, but, we won't be back. If I knew they weighed it and we would be paying for a small in a large cup, I wouldn't have stopped in for the first time.

Their vegan flavors are amazing! It's obvious that they are all handmade and not purchased from a supplier.

Fast service and tastes treats. Would have given a higher rating but the 2 young girls who helped me were walking so fast and I felt rushed to order and rushed to leave.Besides the yummy dipped soft serve twist cone dipped in chocolate, I got the vegan cookie dough & was not a fan- it was very crumbly & didn't really taste great, would not recommend

Big portions and big flavor. CP's is the best ice cream around here. It always has lots of flavors you don't expect from a place like this. Always check the menu online before you go. They always have some new stuff. Basically it looks like a typical neighborhood ice cream place with a table in front. It has a drive thru. This is useful if you don't want to go to the walk up window. Besides the regular ice cream they also have non dairy ice cream. It has a few flavors daily. The last time here they had the blueberry pancake. It's about $5 for a medium cup. This isn't a cheap ice cream but they put a lot in there. It's also dense. This feels like you're eating a lot. It overall is pretty impressive. It has so many favors on the menu. They have non dairy ice cream that tastes like the real thing.

*Great place to chill out on a hot day. You will find alll of the standaed ice cream shop must haves (blizzards, cones, sprinkles, pints) as well as yummy in house specials (blueberry cheesecake or watermelon sourpatch). A nice bonus is the inside space. I recommend the ice cream but was let down by the slushy. Not sour enough for me.*written pre covid

This unassuming little ice cream shop demands no special attention and lacks the glitz and glam that many businesses crave as a marketing strategy. Perhaps this might explain why I've been driving past them for the better part of six years and never even stopped in... until now! Here you have two basic options: soft serve and homemade (traditional scoop) ice cream. Being an traditionalist, I went with a small homemade scoop of chocolate... wow! I was quite impressed with the balanced flavor and creamy texture, which was such a wonderful conclusion to a hot summer day!

I really wanted to like this place more. The ambiance is really nice - my daughter loved the penguin theme. The store was clean and the staff were pretty friendly. I tried getting a sample of their ice cream but I was informed they don't do samples. We each got a single cone of their homemade ice cream. Both were much too sweet. I got Oreo but when it came out it was actually made with a chocolate ice cream. Cost wise it was too expensive - $5.50 for a single scoop is just too much. For that price I would expect spectacular ice cream.

Just okay, mostly not worth the price. The menu is difficult to see and understand as well. $5.50 for a SINGLE SCOOP of ice cream is pretty insane. Our total for five people was $35!, no one even got anything fancy. 2 small scoops no toppings, 1 small scoop on a regular cone, 1 small flurry with Reese's Pieces, 1 small scoop with cookie dough. I wish I took a receipt to take a picture of...There's like 10 people working and it took a long time to get our order, it was only my family and two others waiting in the lobby, plus drive through. When we got to the car to taste, my son said to be honest it's not that great, my daughter didn't like the cookie dough but said the ice cream was good, my husband did like his flurry (made with soft serve, so much better. It wasn't super sweet like the hard scoops), and my mother and I both thought ours were way too sweet. Way too much sugar used. I know it's ice cream, I know I got honey flavored, but I've had honey ice cream at Country Maid and in Chagrin Falls and they were both beyond amazing. This was a sugar bomb. Soft serve is good, but overall we definitely won't be back. King Kone is WAY better and WAY cheaper, and I'll get the honey at the other places mentioned.
