Covered Bridge Pizza Parlor

Delicious food & attentive service! :) The experience and atmosphere was great!! I am so happy they did not shut down due to Covid because it's such a fun family oriented place with delicious pizza. I have so many memories of my childhood here. I highly recommend!!

We traveled here because of the covered bridge and its history. While we were encouraged by the parlor's back story, we didn't expect to find them serving pizza at this level.We waited a while, but there was just one waitress and a full house of customers, so understandable. The pizza was AMAZING. We ordered the taco pizza, which fell apart like an actual taco. The whole wheat pizza crust with sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms was the real star. No pictures, unless you want one of an empty pizza place.If you're in North Kingsville, Ohio, eat here. And visit the county's other covered bridges.

Pretty good pizza, there used to be 3 of them but 2 closed up, I guess part of it was no help we would go to the one in Andover mostly. Someone should open it up again, if they could find some help

We traveled here to try pizza in a covered bridge. We arrived around noon on a Sunday to a business that looked closed (it was completely full by the end of our lunch). I liked how the exterior maintained the original look of the bridge. When you walk inside, the dining area is all open showing the framework of the bridge. There were three different rows of seating. You had a row of booths down one wall, a row of tables pushed together down the middle and a row of two chair tables on the other wall. A soon as we sat down the waitress came right over and took our order. We ordered two small pizzas,a pepperoni and a deluxe. We talked to our waitress about their chili as well. Without hesitation she brought us a sample. The chili was hearty and had good flavor. The pizzas were brought out to the table in what felt like a very reasonable amount of time The food presentation looked good too. The sauce and toppings had great flavor. The only negative issue we had with the pizza was the crust. This restaurant boasts about the fresh daily made pizza dough. Unfortunately it tasted like a frozen pizza dough. We found the price to be was very reasonable. We would definitely eat here again.

I have been going to this establishment for years. I always get cheesy bread sticks with marinara. I had a take out order this past Sat and when I got home I did not get my marinara (that they now charge .50) for it. So today (Tue) I placed another order of the same thing I told the lady on the phone since I did not get my marinara on Sat please don't charge me for this order. When I went to pick up my order they said I should have told them on Sat about not getting my marinara and they had to charge me. What??? Ridiculous customer service. Did you think I was lying about .50? If they plan on staying in business they need to start treating customers better! I would never treat my customer the way they did me. If I forgot a small container of sauce let me know and the next time it's on us. Simple as that!!

My father used to bring me here when I got good grades. Haven't been here in nearly 40 years. Still good pizza and a fun atmosphere.

I'm only and purely giving them a one because of the heat wave that almost caused me to pass out. We now have to eat our food in the car with the ac cranked up. The workers are suffering, and they are told they aren't allowed to crack a door or anything or they will get in trouble. Whoever the owners and managers are at this location shame on you. Shame on you mainly for making your crew come and work in that hell hole! I certainly would quit on the spot. There is absolutely NO REASON this place should be a boiling 95 degrees. No reason. Quit being a cheap POS and TURN YOUR AC ON! Will definitely share on my other socials as well to tell people to steer clear. I felt so bad for all the poor babies and kids but ESPECIALLY your employees whom you keep in this and honestly it's inhumane. I'm so irritated that I am actually going to report you to the Better Business Bureau. How dare you. Not even letting those poor people open doors or windows. Trash establishment and will not be back.Found out the name of the owner is Gary!! And Gary I hope you read this and shut your business down since you can't even give your employees the common decency of a humane workplace! Your a slave driver!!! Your employees are so loyal and amazing, including the manager Dana, for putting up with you. Because I wouldn't and I hope you take this to heart! Absolute scum. Food is great but I can't even stand to compliment anything GARY is doing. He's probably not even in here sharing in the hell. Dana and all of your staff you guys are absolute saints and amazing for making this food and experience for the customers as bearable as it can be. And y'all deserve the highest praise and more pay. Not you Gary. FIX IT!

Only tried the Supreme pizza is was delicious! Crust and the sauce are really good! Cute place!

Wings are so small definitely not worth it. Pizza is a hit or miss, most of the time barely edible.

ordered a pizza and stromboli, they told me one hour I got there 5 min early and my pizza was cold. put it in the oven to warm and the crust was hard as rockmy Stromboli was Wrong.. I asked for pepperoni, sausage and cheese and got pepperoni, bell peppers and mushrooms and I think onions, just disgusting
