My God I love this place. Anytime I just want to get away and just go have a beer and peace and quiet and not get bent over for the price I go to Concord tavernThe outside it looks like you could probably get stabbed in the parking lot but that's the charm about it. It's been around for a hundred years I'm kidding maybe not but the sign up front is faded and it's a working man's bar. They do have food in there standard bar Fair but what really gets me is the price of the drinks.I had two Coors lights and one bullet bourbon on the rocks and my bill was $10. That coupled with I took over the jukebox and played all the music I wanted to hear that I didn't have to talk to anybody or make any small talk. The place is dark a little run down but otherwise I really enjoy going there. The bartender is as nice as could be. She will put whatever you want to watch on the TV.I hate to post a review like this for fear that people will actually go to my hidden gem and ruin it but I don't care it's freaking awesome and everyone should go there.

Local dive bar with very cold beers. It's not the place if you're looking for a fancy spot. This is not the place I'd order food from, they are really not even equipped for that. It's the type of place you want inexpensive beer and a nightcap with friends. Everyone is always friendly and they have the games on. There's plenty of other places nearby if you want something more upscale.

The St. Patrick's day menu, meal, bartenders, music, specials, hospitality, atmosphere, food, attitude and spirit of the day couldn't be more spot on. Even the workers who came in to celebrate pitched in to help out with an all day and night packed house. The owner , her husband and staff worked diligently for days to make it work. AND IT DID! Sorry Slymans, Concord Tavern just kicked your ass in the corned beef territory. I never thought it was possible, but it I was proven wrong today. BEST CORNED BEEF EVER!!!! AND, a third of the price. Great job Concord staff. I will always return EVERY St. Patrick's day.... with or without him. Rock on CT!

I would return without her. Service is great. Unless you are with her. If you want fresh seafood this is not the spot. Shots are huge however. Again..i would return without her.

I'd call this a dive, but it's not a sketchy crowd at all. Very friendly good people. They show the NASCAR race every week and regulars bring food to share buffet style. The night we were there the bartender pulled out a guitar and performed, and this young man could sing very well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is it is cash only and the beer selection is limited. Give me an IPA and don' tell me to use the ATM with fees and all that bulls_it. Otherwise, great bar.

A dive bar that serves super cheap drinks but none of the punch palace feeling. Grab some mini corndogs and a round of drinks and you'll be shocked at how cheap it was so you buy another round.

Extremely drunk, slurring bartender who made us feel incredibly unwelcome the moment we walked in. She checked our licenses 4 times...literally....and then followed us around before telling us five minutes into our visit that they close at 8 p.m. and that she would like for us to hurry and finish....meanwhile, everyone else was staying put and ordering more (their hours online also do not match this tale). We are used to quiet bars and even search them out in our travels. We went in quietly to order, bothering nobody and not one person approaching us; we were clearly not giving anyone a problem.Very unfriendly place, clearly for locals only. I can't imagine being so rude to visitors at my local hangout. After spending over 5 hours in a car, it is sad to think the quiet bar next to the hotel turned out to be the worst part of the day. If you are visiting and need a break, best to grab a 6 pack from the corner gas station and enjoy the hotel alone.
