Coffee in the Valley

This place has been on my radar for awhile and when I saw on Facebook that they had Taylor Swift themed coffee flights, I immediately had to try! The space is absolutely adorable and huge with tons of indoor and outdoor seating. They also had a cute play area for kids. As for the coffee, I was really impressed with the lattes that I had. I love any place that has flights so that I am able to try multiple kinds and so I had 4 from their Taylor Swift menu, including the white mocha latte, the "lavender haze", the pumpkin chai and the "shake it off" espresso. I liked that most of them weren't super sweet or artificial tasting like flavored lattes sometimes can be. I think the flight was around $13, but they were generous pours. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other seasonal menus!

Cute space I wanted to give this place a better review because the place was so cute but my experience wasn't that great. I drive by the place all the time and noticed them turning an old bank into a coffee shop so I was rooting for their success. Then when they added the outdoor patio I thought how perfect. I stopped by during the week and there were only a few people inside working at their computers. I am not a coffee drinker so I ordered lunch and drinks for my kids and myself. They have a very limited menu of food. About 5 sandwich choices or a breakfast sandwich. Only sides are soup or chips. They were out of soup the day I went. The chicken salad was lackluster. The chicken pesto was okay. The peach mango smoothie was okay as well. Nothing to really entice me to come back. They do get bonus points for the drive thru option. Plus the space it self is very clean and uniquely decorated. They even left the original bank vault as a dine in area. However they are not very kid friendly. They offer kid size drinks on a couple menu items, but they do not have high chairs. So it was a bit of a struggle to eat lunch. They also bring your food to the table but we're not at the counter or did they come back to the table to see if we needed anything else. If I came again I would just get the gelato, sit on the patio and skip everything else.

I freaking loved this place !!!! I heard about the coffee flights, so we took the 30 minute drive to try them. SUCH a fun idea!!!! This place has a lot of different things on their menu! They had a large patio. And the indoor dining was so cute and very large as well!

This place is awesome and the service was great! I love how this place used to be an old bank and the modern but rustic feel. The place is super clean and the staff is friendly. Try the food fruit smoothie they're awesome.

Amazing atmosphere is first and foremost at Coffee in the Valley!!! Brighten your day by driving 10 min up the road from the overpriced Starbucks, to this quaint little shop. It's an adorably renovated old bank in the middle of Valley City, Ohio. You can sit in the vault and chat w a loved one or on one of the comfy couches and play a game of chess. Walk next door to the park and stretch your legs before you head back. Thank you to the amazing baristas too for there sweet welcoming while I'm here on vacation.

Love this place! Good food and coffee. Pleasant staff. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended . Wish it was open on Sunday!

Super cute little coffee shop a little off the beaten path unless you live out that way. Our coffees were great as well as our breakfast sandwiches. Decorated very eclectic and charming inside.

Went here for breakfast because the coffee and food is normally delicious, but when I asked what the worker behind the counters favorite item on the fall menu was she rolled her eyes. The rest of the time checking us out she had an attitude. Coffee is great, customer service is terrible.
