Coco Cafe

We went out of our way, driving to the airport from near Lake Erie, to visit this place, owned by a high school classmate of mine...but the food, coffee & ambiance was certainly worth it! I particularly wanted to take home some German rye bread. I ordered online to get one before they ran out; success! Prompt, friendly service. Located in a former Post Office; the writing is still on the building! Private area inside the former vault.Gift items, also. Not to be missed!

Stopped into Coco Cafe as I was in Hinckley, and I thought it looked super cute! This place was so cool, as it was once a bank I believe. I got the lemon blueberry scone which honestly was not my favorite, but for those who prefer a denser scone you would definitely enjoy it. The chocolate croissant was amazing, and I love that you can see that the bakery and food is homemade through the glass while sitting in the cafe. The service was efficient, and the people were kind. I also got an iced americano which was light and smooth - it did not need any sweetener or milk.Definitely worth stopping in if you are in the area, they have something for everyone. If I end up back in the area and at this cafe, I will ask to have the pastry or bakery heated up and I think I would enjoy it more!

I wanted to try this place for a while being a local to Hinckley! I went with my parents for breakfast, They had hot tea, I had a cubano (it was so good---espresso brewed with brown sugar), tea biscuits, and ham and cheese croissant. Everything was delicious, cafe was clean and modern looking, and the service was friendly. I can't wait to go back. Love trying local businesses that aren't chains!

Amazing pastries ... the chocolate orange croissants are sublime. The service is friendly and fast. I love the way they decorated the space ... it is soothing. I've found it a great place to work ... cup of tea, pastry, and write/edit away.

My wife just brought home the carrot cake and I took one bite, threw down my tools and inhaled the piece she got for me. My only regret is that I may find myself lying awake at night, unable to sleep, thinking of this carrot cake... will be back to try other options. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place, their Blueberry Scones are the bomb!!! Frindly staff, super clean and nice place! Their pastries are allways fresh and baked in houses. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Stopped by after a walk around Hinkley lake and had an Americano and a blueberry lemon scone.The coffee was strong and hot- just how I like it! The scone was fantastic! Super soft, plump fresh blueberries and it was even a little warm.I didn't get much lemon, but that didn't make my treat any less delicious. I'll definitely stop by again after getting some exercise- nice little treat after!

Amazing little bakery! Delicious food and great coffee love the vibe! Wish there was a lounging area with a couch cause I would hang out there all day ! I also would love to suggest they upgrade from Nutella to niccola hazelnut spread because their hand made in house bakery's are on such a higher level than cheap Nutella and I feel they deserve higher end quality hazelnut spread so it doesn't cheapen their amazing bakery goods. Just a small suggest. Plus it tastes better than the fake Nutella junk. Other than that the place is super cute the employees are super sweet and the bakery items are yummy

The raspberry cheese croissant was possibly the best pastry I've ever eaten. Adorable little shop too.

Love this place, very pleasant atmosphere, clean and cozy. I had latte, lemon sugar crepe and croissant dog, it was delicious, especially crepe tasted very similar to what my mom makes at home. The latte was so good, I'll definitely come back for it. Also very nice personal, friendly and super caring.
