I called from NH to place two separate orders to be delivered hours later. One to be delivered to my brother for his birthday and one to his daughter who helped me find a place that delivered but was unable to join him for pizza that night. It was 2 simple pizza orders that took over 1/2 hr on the phone to place. The server on the phone told me in the beginning of the conversation they didn't deliver to NH.... Then she thought the baby at their establishment was more important constantly being distracted. They did deliver on time to my brother and the food was hot (per my sister in law). However, they wouldn't deliver to my niece that it less than 3 miles from where my brother lives. (Note, my niece sees their delivery car in her neighborhood daily. Plus she has had delivery from them in the past and her information was in their system.) So I had to ruin her surprise and ask her to pick up her own order. My family was pleased with the food and the delivery and pick up orders were on time, BUT... over a 1/2 hour to order 3 pizzas and not delivering to where they've delivered in the past turned me off. I think phone customer service needs great improvement. The reason I gave it 3 stars. Thank you for helping me celebrate my brothers birthday.

We frequent Coccas at least once a month. Our favorite is the Thursday special: pepperoni rolls. We enjoy almost anything we try there. It's not our favorite pizza place in town, but it's a close second.

This has been a long time coming what a decline in quality I used to love the rolls from this place. This has been a decline over the past two years, last year multiple times the sauce with there standard pepperoni rolls the sauce was either rotten or cold. But this time they just were not even cooked all the way through and the thousand island dressing they use sucks bottom of the barrel. I now have a standard for rock bottom. The service was rude and mediocre don't waste your experience and time this was the first and last time dinning in I will ever have.

Interesting, as I see several reviews (a few form a few years back) that are "meh" at best, but re: the experience I personally had this past weekend? 5 stars.. I ordered a 16" this with pepperoni, and let me tell you- perfect. Equisite balance of crust, sauce and cheese (pepperoni had a lil more spice than typical pepperoni, which I enjoyed). I've mentioned in other reviews, pizza's a competitive market around the Valley- pizza joints on every corner. I'll simply say this may have been the best pizza I've had in the past year. And thats no small feat.

We ordered the Mrs. C's Meatball grinder, and the Ham & Cheese, both were excellent. We were greeted by a friendly lady when we entered, and she took great care of us. We will be back, and I recommend you give them a try. The pizzas looked good too, but we were on the move. Perhaps next time, if we don't go for another grinder.

Let's not be modest. The youngstown area has no shortage of great pizza. I feel that makes my review necessary. We have never had a once a week pizza place, but coccas has converted us! The remodel was well done, delivery is fast and the food has always been phenomenal. Their staff is always friendly and kind. Their pepperoni rolls and calamari are my must haves.Their family favorite pizza (add pepperoni) is our go to. My husband didn't love the pierogi pizza, so I froze the rest. Yeah, the leftovers are just as amazing. I find it a good value, because we get a bunch of lunches out of our order, too. My only criticism is that their ranch dressing is mediocre. This is probably a good thing for us, or it would be a 3xs a week pizza place. ;) Thanks for coming to Cortland, coccas!

Took a group of special needs children from our church to the Cortland location yesterday. While we were placing our order, I overheard the manager complaining to some of the staff in the kitchen about how much he hated dealing with orders for "a bunch of retards". Needless to say I called him out on it and we canceled our order. I found the number for Steve and reached out to him directly. His response? "So what? Take your retards and your drama somewhere else then." As you wish Steve, as you wish. Not only was the manger rude, the owner was even worse. Plenty of other pizza options in the region. The store and kitchen area looked dirty as well. Possibly saved ourselves from multiple cases of food poisoning. -1/10 would not recommend.

It's hit or miss with this place. We went to dinner there a couple months ago, the menu said the entree was $12.00. When the check came out it was $16.00. I said there's a mistake on the bill. The barmaid said that the price went up they hadn't changed it on the menu. I mentioned that she never said anything about that when we ordered. The food we got wasn't worth $1600 and the waitress blew it off, we should have gotten up and walked out.

Food is meh. Would not recommend if you are anyone who is handicapped and needs the aid of a wheel chair or motorized chair. They have two ramps for entry but one is blocked by a gas meter that prevents the large chairs from getting to the door. There is another one on the other side that can be used, but people park in front of that ramp and it can't be used as a result. Space on the inside is cramped. Asked them why they have such a lousy set up for the ramps and they didn't give a response. Would not recommend coming here.
