Its small and there is no where to dine in or use the bathroom but thats ok. There is ample parking and the staff is usually fast and friendly.

The New York Extra Large Pepperoni Plunge Pizza was a bit greasy for my taste, but it was delicious. Im just a bit upset they forg my garlic butter for dipping. And the Mac n' Cheese Bites were mid at best. Ill give them another chance based on other reviews but I expect more.

New York might be known for huge slices, and Chicago might be famous for it's deep dish; however, pizza in and around Cleveland was always in it's own little world. Cleveland Pizza Co is neither flashy nor pretentious, revolutionary nor groundbreaking - but their pizza is excellent and doesn't hold back on flavor. I've ordered takeout on several occasions and have yet to be disappointed. The sauce is balanced in flavor, the cheese is fragrant, and the toppings are fresh, such as the mushrooms! So, whether you're in the mood for a pie or just don't feel like standing over the stove, Cleveland Pizza will not disappoint.

I give this Cleveland pizza company a three star based on one star because their customer service is terrible. Whoever answers the phone needs to speak clearly and slowly enough without rambling. Your first impression is when somebody picks up the phone to take an order. I also give this customer service a one star because when I picked up my pizza, five young people were not doing anything. There is plenty to do in the restaurant and the management should consider improving their approach with the staff. This one star also includes the fact that a smile! Should be the first thing a customer sees when they approach the counter. Not some little punk kid who doesn't care about the customer. This is your first impression in person. Make it your best. I give three stars to the pizza. This is a very typical pizza in the Cleveland area. With that being said, the crust was a little over cooked on the bottom. I did enjoy the fact that all of the toppings had been chopped or bite-size. I'm willing to give this company, another try, maybe in a few months to allow them to improve their customer service approach.

Our go-to pizza place! They have so much more than pizza. They have the best ranch. Usually quick delivery. I just love how big their menu is especially since they are so close so order frequently.

This place has gone from 5 stars to 3 and sinking fast. The service is bleak. Delivery drivers cannot follow instructions and the food is becoming just an average pizza shop quality. I hope they can turn this around because this was my favorite go to for all things pizza!
