Cleats Club Seat Grille Old Brooklyn

My husband and I love this place and have been going for years. I personally love the firecracker quesadilla the most, but also love their wings, and tacos. Their menu is very diverse and has a lot of options for everyone. The bar/restaurant is always very clean and we love the staff so much. Teresa is the absolute best in the world and I couldn't say more positive things about her! Thank you cleats for always being a solid choice when we want some delicious bar food.

We stopped into watch the game, eat some wings and have a beer! Place was quiet but great group of people at the bar. The bartender was on top of it and he was great! Food was great

Came here twice. First experience was fine. Decided to go back on $0.75 wing night. Took forever to get a drink and put my order in. They asked multiple times if I wanted it to go and I said no. FORTY FIVE minutes and two drinks later, I asked if they could just make it to-go instead. They happily obliged. Brought me the check for the full price of the wings, I asked about the $0.75 situation and they said oh since you changed it to-go it's full price. After spending an extra $20 on drinks already. Needless to say that was my last visit.

Cleats is a family favorite when we want to stay close to home and get a craving for wings. I really appreciate that they actually cook them crispy. We have been here quite a few times and the wings are consistent and solid!My kids enjoy their kids meals, they are pretty standard, but nothing to complain about. Go for the specials too! They have a great burger night deal. One thing about the burgers, the seasoning they use is slightly sweet, so if that is not your thing stick to wings. One last thing to note, our service here has always been SUPER friendly. And that is especially appreciated when you go to a sports bar and have kids in tow. If you are not sure of the vibe, do not worry, there are plenty of tables that are far from the bar, and the environment is absolutely welcoming to everyone. Its a nice diverse crowd.

They just completed a section of the Tow Path trail that goes right by this place in a part of town that used to be all industrial.I was riding my bike and stopped just after lunch. Not much of a crowd this Thursday but it was Taco Thursday! I didn't expect much. Usual ground meat tacos. But boy I was pleasantly surprised. Pork, chicken, beef are all on the menu. Think, overstuffed goodness with a nice kick!Check it out!

had a horrible experience at the establishment some Australian guy who worked there kicked my friend and I out because he did not like the way we smelled he was very rude and aggressive and attempted to provoke a response my friend and I left he tried to follow us out the door. I am disabled and my friend is from out of town I used to come here all the time time order the chicken Cobb salad and wings. I will never come to this establishment again. it felt racially charged the moment we sat down he said he wasn't serving us because our smell was intoxicating. I thought it was a joke at first but it wasn't he snatched the menu out of hands screamed at us and walked up on us threateningly as we were already leaving.

Wings are terrible. Dry and crusty. Would not recommend for wings anyhow. Never tried anything else there after trying the wings.

I placed an order for pick up , arrived to pick my food up , asked for napkins and a short red haired guy walked into the bathroom and proceeded to try to hand me brown folded paper towels from the bathroom. I feel that the guy was very rude and unwelcoming . I will not pull a race card however , this was a terrible experience for me. I am Afro American and the vibe I felt was unnerving to say the least. I will not be patronizing this establishment ever again . I gave one star because that's the least I would be able too.

I would like for the owner to contact me please. You should know that your manager Teresa is VERY rude!!! We had a 10 top come in and 3 of the 10 were 7,9 and 12 (literally only 3 other customers in the entire place) She treated us as if she didn't want our business. Would put 2 tables together longs ways because it wasn't a "planned event." Unfortunately your business lost about $300 in sales and your bartender lost about $100 in tips. We decided on the brew garden in Strongsville. I have receipts of how much we all spent. Your manager also Unfortunately took it upon her self to lose money for your bartender. So sad....
