Cinemark - Strongsville

Great place to see a movie! Comfy seats! Staff is very nice and helpful. I wanted to exchange tickets I pre-purchased for a different time and the ticket sales person was easily able to do that for me. Concession area was clean and there was plenty of staff to assist patrons. The theater the movie was showing in was also clean. Sound was excellent! Movie screen was perfectly sized for the theater we were in. Restrooms were very clean too.

First time here and everything was good. Signs he at the mall is confusing so we parked a lot further away then we should have. Lots of seating. Lots of snacks including food and a bar.

This is a great theater at a great mall. It's actually a pretty big theater. They have the choose-a-chair thing going on. One of the best parts are the cheaper movies on Tuesdays That alone deserves 5 stars. If you're thinking about going to see a movie in the theater- come here on a Tuesday.

Great theater with comfy seats that recline. Popped in to see the new Batman movie yesterday and was amazed at how comfy the seats were. It's like being in your favorite recliner. Armrests have cup holders built in. Sound quality was great and the volume was perfect..not too loud, not too soft. Refreshments were nice and they have booze too, so you can get your drink on during the film! It's about time, right? Overall, one of the best movie theaters in the area

Comfortable seating and having your places saved before you walk in makes this the best movie theater around. Once you come here you are so spoiled, you never want to go to another theater. Their popcorn always smells delicious... but sometimes it tastes like it's been in the case way too long and stale. It's not a giant movie theater so it isn't hard to find your movie's room. There is one set of bathrooms. They also serve beer and wine.

Went to see Avengers with the family at Cinemark. The movie was excellent and so was the theater. I like that they now server alcohol and they have a popcorn topping area where you can add your own salt and butter. I think they should take that popcorn topping bar to the next level where you build your own popcorn bag. I think you should be able to pick your own kind of popcorn and choose from many toppings. They shall call it, "The Grand Popcorn Buffet". Who's with me?The seats in the theater were really comfortable, I didn't fall asleep, the 3-D movie was great and the sound was just right. It wasn't too loud. I enjoyed the movie and I'll be back for more at this nearby theater.

I LOVE this theater and location! It is clean, the popcorn is good and the seats not only recline but are super soft! The ticket and concessions prices are very reasonable. The only thing I could ask for them to add is possible alcohol sales, then it would be the perfect oasis after a stressful week. Highly recommend!

Wow I'm surprised how comfortable the chairs are how friendly the staff is and all. This is my first visit to the cinamark theater really know how to show the atmosphere of comfortable seats I would recommend this theater over regal cinemas Cheaper prices on tickets and concessions I will be back for sure. You rock.

Don't bother coming here if you shop before. We were refused entry with any bags. Very disappointed.

rude and disrespectful staff. they don't do their jobs properly and are annoying. wrongful accusation of age when ID was clearly shown.
